Milk is a need of every human body because of its nutirients like it has calcium zinc protien iodine vitamin C vitamin A and other importannt micro nutrients as well but is it good for diabetes? a diabetic person can take a cup of milk but in limited quantity because milk is composed with high fat qualities which is not safe for a diabetic person. High fat dairy product can lead to different heart disease so its better to use skimmed milk or as an alternate a diabetic person can take almond or soy milk which considered more safe than cow milk.
