The dutch tv told us what happened: after he came off stage, a camerawoman kept filming him up close. That was not as agreed beforhand. He asked her several times to stop it. She didnt. So he made a threatening movement towards the camera. He never touched her. That was all. Was it ok? No. But was it ok of her to go against the agreement? No! The punishment is stupid
Still the fact is that he is disqualified before everything is investigated. So someone is quilty until proven innocent? Is that fair? If afterwards it turns out he was being wrong, which i doubt, but assume he is, they can still disqualify the netherlands and give a penalty of some kind.
To be honest it was not that funny a song and would have finished mid table at best. Your at a show that has camera’s everywhere, every other performer had cameras following them around in the exact same way and nobody else caused a problem. It was his own behaviour that got him ejected no excuses.
What??? "If somone provoked..:" how random! Why do you even write that? Smells misinformaiton. It is sad how massive overreaction with missinformation and hysteria a perfectly normal reaction to threats. Some screams "oh, he did not touch her! no threat no threat": How old are these people argueing like that 9 years? You do not need to touch anyone for it being a threat. He was an a*hole and should not have made threats to people doing their jobs. How should that woman had know if the a*hole had spoken briefly with some random staff about not being filmed? Can not filming be expexted if you enter s how like this??
One of the women (besides apparantly a swedish one) who filmed to provoke him was Keren Peles, from the israeli delegation. She also made a video filming Joost on her instagram, where she was laughing about the fact she did film him, knowing he didnt want it. Now she has put her account on private (guess she got treaths now). There was clearly tension between the countries. Also because of Joost his question during the press conference. We dont know how it all started tho but biggest sponsor of the eurovision is Maroccanoil, an Israeli company. Still wonder why israel was participating in the first place and why Joost had to go? Its all politics.

Its not Joost's fault its the people or person that bullied him are the fault ones Joost said that he did not want to be filmed but the Camerawoman did not listen and proceeded to film him and Joost just defended himself and besides Joost deserved to win
Great News, we see a second Fifa look a like company. Ofc nothing can be done after some one is provoking a artist and he reacted. These troubles these days about people running to the police when they are provoking and getting answered is nuts.
It's just dumb because if they find out that he didn't do it too late then because they can't lift his punishment it's over. then what will the police do?
And yet, the woman who filmed him didn't wan't to realese to footage beacuse they said "It's broken" do you think a single punch can destroy a camera and it's footage? Ridiculous.
Not his fault he acted that way?! If the woman would stop filming him he wouldn't do anything, i mean he just told her to stop and did a threatening move after telling her so much and she didn't listen?? The mainsponsor of ESC is Maroccanoil, an Israelean company with ties to their Government, that explains a lot!
So if they will stop sponsoring Eurovision will not exist. For some reason they haven’t found anyone else to sponsor this mess🤷🏼♂️
