British gave the right to princely states, that these states can join Pakistan and these states can join india but if princely states want to remain independent they can remain independent , during British rule our Kashmir was a princely state, so that time we have our choise to stay indipendent....but don't know how we r gulam

Sir, you told that like the way India annexed Hyderabad in Sept 1948, the same way Pakistan thought of annexing Jammu and Kashmir but meanwhile Hari Singh signed instrument of accession with India on 26 Oct 1947 but the dates are totally mis matching I guess, I mean how can Pakistan thought of an event that would be happening in future.
I know it was confusing, but I guess he wanted us to relate how Pakistan govt. tried to use the same tactic but failed.

1 st Balochistan was also a free State later forcefully acquired by Pakistan
2nd pashtuns have entered almost till shrinagar but Indian brave soldiers repelled them and just to get noble peace award nehruji went to UN where they asked to halt both the armies and it became the border

A small correction. Mountbatten plan never offered a choice for Princely States to be free, only 2 options - either join India or join Pakistan.
