My name is My View My Opinion (MVMO) & I am a Podcaster, on CZcams. Due to safety concerns on the internet, I do not share my personal information anymore and I ask that others respect this. Also, I'm against the cult of personality & the promotion of self. I have no desire to "make a name" for myself. That's odd in this day & time I know, because most strive for this. Too many folks make themselves the center of attention instead of helping others first & allowing the information they share to be the focus of folks attention. I will never understand how this dude became an authority and was given so many prominent platforms and seen as an authority on anything - just baffling.
He's a tall, stocky, dark brown masculine cishet man who says conservative, inflammatory things that they wanna hear, while cosplaying Pan-Africanism (while dipping into the adds rhetoric). I met him in 2005 over Hurricane Katrina weekend. Worked with him from 2010-2013. He's been bs for at least 10 years. He has knowledge and oratorical skills, but not much beyond that

I didn’t know anything about Dr. Umar but there was something about his mannerisms that made my spirit cringe and now I know why. I’m not surprised by this at all.

I do not beleive that he has no business acumen. He never planned to open a school. This was a gift from the beginning.
He has no board....he is not applying for grant money. He claims he only want donations from blacks...why because this not a serious venture.

I applied to work at his “school” back in 2014 and I remember his requirements to work at his “school” you had to be black and if you were a woman your hair had to be natural or a natural hair style. He requested that you send pics of yourself and I did with my natural hair and didn’t even get an email reply back. SMH 🤦🏽♀️

I live in Delaware. I went all through the new castle county Delaware property transfers and it’s not in there. It use to be free to look at it but it’s like $1 or $5 to see it now. I don’t think he ever purchased it. The whole history of this school is sketchy. I think there is a missing piece.

I never followed Umar Johnson, but I’m aware of his rhetoric. I saw a heated debate he got into with someone years ago and in that moment, his true colors showed and I saw him as nothing more than a guy from the hood coercing, threatening and intimidating people to do what he wants. It’s unfortunate, but we have witnessed a downplay of formal education and an elevation of random people who presents themselves well and tells us what we want to hear. Too many of us lack the critical thinking skills to adequately assess these messages and messengers, so we are the blind being led by the blind.
After his first 501c3 was pulled he started over with a new EIN Number and does his yearly 990s but he reported to have taken in no donations in 2021 last I heard. But everyday he talks about the donations he still gets.
I been hearing about him since I was a freshman in college because I was part of some pro-black organization until someone suggested we riot. He’s been scamming the communitay for over 10 years cause I am 28. Some people like being scammed.
