Is some difference in taking dictation from u tube and in real means from some person
No but a good teacher can guide you better plus you are punctual, and get your Transcription checked daily which in end increases the quality of your Transcripted Text which may enable you to qualify the skill test.

No specific magazine but somewhat KC magazines.
