If KG didn't get hurt in 09, they probably win that year because the 09 team was better. 2010, they took it to a game 7 in the finals. Know your history. They were a force in the East for 5 seasons. That's not nothing. That is why they talk about like an era instead of just 1 year. It was dominance for more than 1 year. You must be young to not know your history.

The Christmas Game y’all were 27 and 2 something like that. I am mad at my Lakers for not having foresight for not being Trevor Ariza back with Ron Artest. We needed both to really really get with that squad defensively.

The cap space and player movement as well as the league expanding I'd what's gone get in Bostons way. Paul is right, they gotta develop Brissett. But also watch out for Jordan Walsh. He has great potential to be another insane defender. But they both also gotta up their shooting to really fit into the system. Hauser has been amazing on both ends of the court. But he'll probably become too expensive to keep in 2025

Walsh's defense would be enough to earn him playing time on most teams .
Walsh is built like Tatum physically, but plays more like Brown on the court. Hope he starts to get decent minutes over the next 2 seasons.
I remember meeting Paul the summer before his rookie season started. I hope he remembers this, but it has nothing to do with me. He was shopping with one of his boys at the Cambridgeside Galleria, at Lids. This little boy comes up to him real shy, asks if he's Paul Pierce. Pierce was real cool, probably thinking the kid wanted an autograph. All of a sudden, kid flips his whole approach. "You're trash, why are you so bad in NBA Live??" I start dying. Pierce's boy damn near falls into the cabinet with the hats, cracking up. This little kid was so dead serious, and Pierce handled it like a champ. He was a Celtic, so I was going to be a fan regardless, but in that moment, I knew Pierce was going to be a favorite.

They also played miami without butler or Terry, played cleveland without allen or Mitchell, played indy without haliburton and matherin.

Bill Russell never looked at us as a rival and I don’t want hear there were only 8 teams in the league. They are the championship standard.
Celtics had more in the 60s and the 70s, they got two in 74 and 76, we got y’all in the 80s. None of us got any in the 90s.
Now since 2000 in the last 24 years Lakers have 6 titles to the Celtics 2, it should be 3 you blew 2022. And you have chance to run this back a few years down the line after this summer with Team USA with Brown and Tatum.
