The fact that Angel isnt in the LWO but was still grouped up and called an NPC shows how well the LWO and Legado Del Fantasma have been used in recent times. That being horribly.
That's why I'm so glad that L.W.O. and Legado Del Fantasma are in different brands now.

I think the most interesting one for me is Chiampa, when you said you didn't really buy into him much as a solo act.
The funny thing is back in Yellow & Gold NXT he was a REALLY good heel champion. His matches with Gargano overshadowing most of the main roster PPV's even.
So for people that knew that history it was a lot easier to buy into his match with Gunther. But I understand as someone who never experienced that era of Chiampa it didn't work at all.
Also I am not sure if you are aware but Chiampa and Gargano were a tag team before in NXT and they were pretty good there too.

Black and Gold NXT was peak wrestling for me. Almost every one of the top 10 there does almost nothing today and that's insane to me. Balor, Aliester, Dream, Ricochet, Chiampa, Gargano, Cole. Man what a time to be alive that was. NXT takeovers were the best ppvs ever
Ashante Adonis is a solid wrestler. The problem is he’s been associated with Hit Row for so long. In NXT Swerve Strickland got the spotlight (deservingly so). They all got released before really doing anything on Main Roster. On their return Swerve had already signed to AEW which pushed Top Dollar to the focus. As expected nothing came form that either.
Hopefully, he is able to get someone with Cedric and won’t remain an unknown background player.
So Andrade and Santos Escobar are effectively Luchdor royalty in Mexico, from royalty Lucha families. They are next level when allowed. And Andrade was in NXT, HHH really pushed him. He is legit main event, and Santos could be if built correctly.
I feel like the LWO is kinda just the "Support Rey" group rn. Which sucks because they have a lot of talent in that group. And when Rey is off TV the LWO doesn't do much.
Yeah they all deserver more, Zelina in particular. I would've thought there would have been better plans for her after winning Queen of Ring and her match with Ripley at the last backlash.
LWO like the NWO (but unlike the BWO) were always a heel faction. makes sense of course, numbers game and all. but the new LWO was just a nostalgia thing and trying to get the less used latino wrestlers some of that Rey rub. but face factions are often just redundant, you have the numers advantage but you don't cheat/use the advantage. so you have a bunch of cheerleaders standing around.
moreover it was just Rey basically joining Santos and his Legado del Fantasma and renaming it LWO. and after the betrayal (we all saw that coming after the US titel win) we got a Legado that was split up. they were great in NXT, now they are replaced with Angel and Berto (they just had a whole thing in NXT about their family/roots leading to a new gimmick but now that is all gone, even their names) then Carlito turns on them (also expected) so the LWO just looks weaker and weaker each week. all because they wanted to make a latino super group with people they have no story for. heck even the highly praised and hyped Dragon Lee gets nothing.
They should just pair Andrade and Zelina again, Zelina deserves better IMO.
I think is funny how Cruz and Joaquin stayed in LWO when they were the OGs from Legado, and Angel and Berto are nephews of Hector Garza from the OG LWO.
"Bayley is my favorite". I knew you were a man of taste and distinction. Bayley was a highlight of the Pandemic era of shows. Check out pretty much any of her matches with Sasha Banks. NXT Takeover Brooklyn is considered an all-timer between them.
She's S-tier
Tommaso Ciampa in 2018 was one of the GREATEST heels of all time. He used to enter to a swarm of boos without any music playing and soaked in all of the hatred the NXT Universe had for him at the time. If I were to compare his 2018 heel stint to anyone right now (for a clearer perspective), he'd be a mix of Dominik Mysterio and Drew McIntyre: booed every single time he got the chance to speak, but was ruthless on the mic and in the ring and was a nonstop hater for Johnny Gargano like how Drew hates Punk and vice versa right now. I recommend you watch Tommaso Ciampa vs Johnny Gargano at NXT Takeover New Orleans; one of the greatest WWE matches ever.

You should watch NXT Champion Andrade vs Johnny Gargano at NXT Takeover Philadelphia for the NXT Championship. The match between Johnny Gargano and Andrade "Cien" Almas received widespread acclaim, being rated five stars Match, making it the first match in NXT history to receive such a rating
In NXT DIY had this really good story line where they broke up and chompa became Obsessed with the title, he called it Goldie.
And it was really good and I don't think they ever truly got to finish that story in an NXT. And it seems like triple a's might be going that lets do it again.
if you could id watch a bit of Indi Hartwell, Candice Lera, Austin Theory and Johnny Gargano when they were in a faction in NXT. They were really entertaining.
Ciampa was a great solo guy when he was the biggest villain of NXT.

Logan is a 100% natural. That guy was legit born for the pro-wrestling business. It's actually amazing.
There are athletically gifted guys who pick up the physical stuff quick, but he also 100% gets everything else about the business. Honestly, more-so than many guys who have spent their whole lives training to get to the professional level. He truly understands that it's gotta be one step beyond a "character" doing a "performance." He is a personality at a live sports event. It's all about authenticity and spontaneity. He makes sure to stay in the moment rather than just worry about what ever he's supposed to say next, which is a very rare quality now a days.
...and he also happens to be freakishly good at executing the actually wrestling part too.
I honestly never cared about either of the Paul brothers prior to them getting into boxing, and even then i still thought they were a bunch of words i'm not allowed to say on CZcams, but boy has Logan won me over ever since he linked up with WWE. Between what he's done on screen and how he handles interviews with WWE legends on his podcast.... He's a sponge... its fascinating to watch.
I went from not even caring enough about him to dislike him, to genuinely living vicariously through him every time he's on TV. It's mind blowing.
Nia came back a completely different person. She's actually become one of my favorites since she returned. Something clicked during her time off and i've really enjoyed it.
While she is still an anti-vaxxer she's the same person as she was when she was released and has no place on my tv imo

Angel Garza was never part of LWO, him and his cousin Humberto Carrillo, or Berto now, have been in a tag team for 3ish years now, as Los Lotharios, but they both started out a singles. Angel was even Cruiserweight Champion and 24/7 Champion at one point. But yeah, they were never in LWO they're in Legado del Fantasma.
As for DIY there's a bunch of matches you might need to get your eyes on while they were in NXT. Their feud down in NXT is considered one of the best feuds of all time, if not the best NXT feud of all time. I'd start with their match against each other in the Cruiserweight Classic.
Would love to see your take on NXT Takeovers. It’s my personal favorite era of wrestling. There is no bad takeover. Even the worst takeovers have at least one or two match’s that you’ll go back and rewatch
You like that 100 spam moves + kicjout match style then you should go watch AEW. That's literally all they do.

Ciampa v Gargano at TakeOver New Orleans or even the Gargano v Cole matches would be my picks, also he could see the Rebel Heart entrance theme, absolute banger. The whole DIY saga is also just a great watch for peak NXT, or even Undisputed Era saga also is up there but I lean DIY saga for him personally since he knows them currently

You should do a tier list of wrestlers, that way you don't have to do a list in order, but we can still see who your favorites are.
Bobby Lashley is the most missed utilize most underrated superstar on the roster. He is a real life fighter like Brock Lesnar and he served in the army. I hate how he’s not being pushed like the monster that he should be. And kod is the kiss of death lol good guess
The more I watch your vids, the more I wish you were around for the 'Black and Gold' NXT and maybe even watched current NXT. A lot of people you're not hot on rn had incredible NXT runs.
Carmelo just came out of an amazing friendshipn and well paid off feud with Trick Williams on NXT and Tomasso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano had a legendary NXT run a few years back.

There's amazing talent in this roster, my biggest problem is that they don't know how to build matches. If you do special moments all the time, you do special moments none of the time. A lot of these guys would benefit to slow things down a bit so they can have explosive moments
I feel Giovanni will most likely be in the "SPEED" title picture. He gives me Dean Malenko vibes. Veteran wrestling fans will know I'm referring to.

I started watching wrestling in 2008. Edge was my favourite for a while then to be honest Sheamus came and he took the throne for me. Sheamus has been my all time favourite since I was literally 13 And I’m 27 now.
That being said I love most of the wrestlers on the roster but Sheamus is just my actual favourite wrestler of all time.
I've been a wrestling fan for nearly forty years and I share 99.9% of your opinions so take that validation for whatever it's worth. A couple of notes:
- Agreed on the LWO but that applies even more so for me to El Phantasmo. There have been a few of those interchangeable factions in the WWE, particularly when it feels like they're just throwing together wrestlers by ethnicity. New Day started as one of those groups they threw together when they had nothing for the guys and they just started goofing off instead.
- Bobby Lashley was really built up during the pandemic and won the WWE Championship.
- Maxxine Dupri's "brother" was L.A. Knight who was brought up to the main roster as Max Dupri. When HHH took over, he was reverted back to his NXT name and persona.
- In regards to DIY, this is the only one I differ on but just because I've seen their NXT work. Based solely on the main roster work, I completely agree with you. I suggest finding one of their NXT matches against each other. They are magic together and even more magic against each other.
- Nia Jax got her reputation in part because she broke Becky Lynch's nose right before Lynch was supposed to face (and probably lose to) Rhonda Rousey. In turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to Becky's career as that bloody image of her standing in the crowd propelled her into the stratosphere and the main event of Wrestlemania.
- Shinsuke's first match in NXT against Sami Zayn (in his last match) is IMHO one of the top twenty matches in WWE history. It was the first time I'd ever seen Nakamura and he lived up to the hype.
- Baron Corbin continually gets some of the best entrance themes. I would suggest looking them up on CZcams. His first one was the last written by the legendary Jim Johnston.
I think when Candice lerae brought up Maxxine dupris brother she was talking about her actual brother who passed away, not la knight.

Giovanni Vinci had a interesting single run in NXT for a short while before jumping to the main roster, Gunther and Ludwig were already in the main roster, they left him behind, and he just completely change his presentation, was fun to watch actually. I really hope they have something for him now.
Man you NEED to put NXT on ur rotation. It’s so gooddddd the quality of the matches knowing that they are developmental wrestlers is so cool. It’s also really fun watching how they develop and turn into stars that you look forward to when it’s time for them to be called up. You should really give it a chance man you won’t regret it

Aj Styles during his NJPW and ROH run with Bullet Club is up there with Perc Angle of 99 overall wrestlers u definitely gotta check out. My man was legit the God of Pro Wrestling at the time
My favorite match from AJ Styles, is the John Cena vs Aj Styles at Royal Rumble 2017 for the WWE title. I think that match is the greatest match of AJ Styles. I think AJ's prime was around that time period. Like between 2016 and 2018. That timeperiod was truly 'Phenomenal' as I should say ;)
Sad you didn't see Bayley during her side ponytail era. She was like a female John Cena done right.
Some thoughts I had during this video:
Bayley is severely underappreciated, she's #3 on my list. Keith Lee and Seth being 1 and 2.
It sucks you came in after Black & Gold NXT. Even AEW diehards will agree 2015-2019ish was PEAK wrestling. So many people you mentioned feeling were okay were top acts in NXT.
Hate that you missed the Iiconics! You gotta be joking me! With what you said about Chelsea Green and Pretty Deadly they could have been your favorite part of the night every week. Just imagine those 2 acts combined and make them 2 screechy Aussies. Look up any of their promos, they truly are iiconic.
Man it sucks you missed NXT! Johnny Gargano's old theme Rebel Heart gives me goosebumps every time I hear it. They used to call him Johnny Takeover, a young Shawn Michaels in style and match quality.
I'm an unapologetic Logan Paul the person fan. From the day he released the podcast episode with The Miz I kept telling my wife "if this dude signed with WWE he'd be huge" and I just love people say they like him in WWE despite how they feel about him personally.
Everyone is with you on Nia, she used to be universally hated, but then she had the glorious "My hole!" moment and everyone realized she's actually hilarious.
AJ and Shinsuke are both someone whose best work was mostly outside of WWE. AJ's been everyone in his extremely long career but both of them were huge in NJPW around 2010 I think. Shinsuke killed it in NXT and AJ had a go run with the belt, great feud with Daniel Bryan but both kind of fizzled out shortly after their main roster debuts.
Also you should listen to some CFO$ entrance themes. Entrance music can really change how people feel about a wrestler, it's a shame so many of them got thrown out. Bobby Roode's Glorious and Shinsuke's both won an award I think for just being excellent compositions.
Candice used to be one of the best workers in the world in her indie days. WWE has kind of ruined her. She’s also married to Johnny Gargano btw.
I was really hoping AJ would have gone back to his old heal loner theme from T. N. This like new version of his character popped up, which was the song evil ways which I don't think was made for him. I think it's like similar to say cult of personality for punk. It's like just a song that existed that They paid the rights for I was really hoping that would happen again because it's a really good song.
maybe after doing raw and smackdown you could do a video about non raw and smackdown wrestlers or older wrestlers.
I don't know if you watch stuff outside of WWE but if you want to see why a lot of people consider AJ Styles and Nakamura very great wrestler. You should watch the match between them from WrestleKingdom 10, just a Phenomenal match !

And they gotta bring back the cruiserweight or lightweight championship cus bruh so much talent like Angel, Dominik, ricochet, etc who deserve a title but they not big enough for what’s available

I would really like to see Giovanni Vicci interfere in Gunther’s King of The Ring match. Sadly for the true outcome I wanna see Jey Uso would have to lose, but I think it’d be great to see Ilja Dragunov vs Gunther for the finals, they have history in NXT, so if Giovanni interferes in that it’d be poetic justice
Well of course bayley sells the KOD the best she took that finisher like 20 times and that's just on TV lol, bayley is my fav too and i am not a fan of the rose plant or the role model voice either ! She's just so great, so happy i got to sing and chant for her both nights in Lyon !
I've been watching WWE since 2008 and my favorite match to watch is AJ Styles vs John Cena royal rumble 2017. You should definitely watch that match to witness how goated AJ Styles of 2016-18 was.
The most impressive thing imo was that’s a decade after his best match, the triple threat with him, Joe, and Daniels. That Cena match was amazing but it amazes me how he hasn’t really slowed down since leaving TNA
For AJ Styles I wouldn’t mind if the French phenomenal chant became his entrance music
AJ Styles has never looked better than he has now, the man is seriously jacked. His highlight reel is just amazing because he can fly and he’s strong and does strength moves. So I’m glad that he is growing on you! (But yes his new theme song sucks).
apollo crews is really good, unfortunately he is heavily underutilized. they tried to sell us Andrade as the next Eddie but personally i think Angel fits that more, but never happend, maybe he lacks something. to few screen/mic time to really tell. Theory and Waller have a great future ahead i think, both can be just annoying despicable heels but i need to see a face run first to see if they can hang. thought we get one when it looked like Waller would turn face in/after Australia. Corbin is on gimmick number 7 or so, good worker awesome finisher/s hope he lands his newest gimmick finally.
Hugger Bayley grew stale real fast. the heel turn was great but after the whole Ding-Dong Hello thing i lost interest. DMG CTRl and the recent face turn made her interesting again and shows that she is one of the best. Carmelo had bangers in NXT hope they give him something on the main roster. Pretty Deadly got a bit of that Breezango and they are as annoying as they are good.
I agree with you on Gio Vinci, kind of a Cesaro replay. Jade is actually quite green, she only has like 3 years of in ring exp. in AEW she had a 50 match winning streak and after she lost she joined WWE, so we mostly know her as dominant winner but not how she handles losses/character progression. let's see if WWE does right by her. I don't like Naomis new entrance, old Glow was better.
Nia got better, still sucks(just don't like her). Santos and the Legado in NXT were great, new one is kinda meh but we see. Shinsuke kinda never made it to the main event, which sucks guy is top tier.
Love Solo but they just channeled too much Umaga into him. Tegan Nox had a good start but whenever she came back she got injured, really unlucky. start stop and repeat over a few years is not good for the career.

yeah, I'm with you on the Rose-plant finish. Its so awkward and doesn't actually look like it doesn't anything. Seems like one of that "better in theory than in practice" kind of moves. lol
I dont think she needed to change the Bayley To Belly. But we'll see, maybe it will end up working out once shes done it for a little while longer. LA Knights BFT was a little awkward for a little while too, but its probably one of the best finishers in the company now.
Hopefully her moves change a bit with the new phase of her character.

Iyo Sky actually sold the Rose Plant perfectly when she lost the title at Wrestlemania. I recommend you check it out because it looked like Bayley crushed her into oblivion. It's one of those moves that's a team effort and Iyo did it justice. Check it out, you'll see what I mean.

I think it's impossible to drop the ball with Stratton. She's undeniable. And it "works me" up so bad because I want to hate her.
I really don't like Baileys new finisher. Its so easy to not do wel. Like her WM match vs Iyo. The first one looked ok, but the second one (the one that won the match) looked terrible. I don't know about her current entrance, but i wouldn't mind her returning to the Hugger entrance would be ok with me.
