Just bought a Trailblazer in early August, I love it already but I can't find ANYTHING for it, the best I can find is a BDS 2 inch lift which is good I guess but I want to fit more than 33s on it, preferably without trimming but I know that's inevitable
2wd or 4wd ? Mine is only 2wd I still haven’t put my 2 inch body lift on, I have the leveling kit on, gives 2-3 inches in front and like 2inches in rear and I have another front strut lift that I haven’t put on,
@@BETITUPKUSTOMS so you say, these can handle on icy road and don't need regular snow tires? coz l wanna lift my tb but can not decide to use those kind of off road tires instead of snpw tires. l live in West Yellowstone and we have pretty much snow here :)
Yes they drove good in the snow, the rim being skinnier then the tire width keeps the tire taller in the center to push the snow to the sides, where a more flat style would pack the snow down…
Hey man, didn't know if you happen to tow anything or not. And if so, do body lifts mess with towing? I've got a 2008 Envoy on a three inch lift and 33s but wanted to get it a little higher in the air. Thanks
How much of a level kit did you have to put on it to fit those. I have same year and model. But can’t fit my 35•12.5 on it. Wondering if a 2 inch level kit will let them fit
Tyler Miller mine has the leveling kit plus some LIL knuckles, but I cut my fenders and my rear doors, just a lil on the rear doors.......but I just got a 2” body lift, soon to put on and going 18” rim with 40x13.5 tire , my wheels stick out cause I have adapters for more wheel rim fit , adapted to 6x5 TAHOE
@@BETITUPKUSTOMS I've learned that you can get wheel spacers to give you the two inch offset but also give you the standard chevy lug pattern of 6x5. I have no idea why chevy decided to give this truck a 6x5.5 wheel lug pattern. I call it the unicorn.
This is like 4 inches on the front and 3 on the rear, 1” 1/4 wheel adapters to bring the wheels out and clear the front upper ball joints, front fenders are trimmed a lil and of course the bumpers, if I had put the body lift on at this time would only have had to trim a very lil.. and keep in mind this is only a 2 wheel drive not 4wd
If you are going to lift the truck and put bigger tires on it you will have to either find rims that have a crazy offset, which is damn near impossible with the trailblazer because of it's stupid unicorn bolt pattern, or get hub-centric wheel spacers. In the rear the tires will rub in the fender well without spacers. In the front you have to clear the knuckle and upper ball joint. The stock 29" tire fits just underneath the ball joint. Spacers are a must. Get good ones because the shitty ones will put your life in danger. Also get the 2" spacers because you don't want to have to cut the lug bolts to use spacers. They will also give you great poke on those tires. Also 33" tires are the max size you can use without having to cut and trim any of the fender wells. Especially since you want to use a three inch leveling kit. I also found you can get another 2" if you replace the front struts with a mix of Bilstein shocks and moog type r springs. In the rear use the moog type r springs and monroe coil overs for shocks. You will be sitting pretty.
@@BETITUPKUSTOMS you sure it’s not the oil pressure sensor, get a oil pressure test kit because that gauge is known to be a dummy gauge that doesn’t actually work

The little twist in gray colors coil spring boosters.... they come in a 4 pack...

2 or more inches if installed, stacked

can you stack two 3 inch spacers on the front to get a lean with it or would that be harder than it sounds ?
You can try it...
Sounds like a nightmare because you should not use more then one spacer in the struts. The angle on your ball joints will come apart.
