Just FYI, Google will flag your email as spam if you use words like 'guarantee". Try replacing it with alternative words like sure, promise, etc.
How do you know? where we can find info about words that google think are spam?

There’s no perfect copy or template out there you simply just have to continously a/b test until you hit the right copy. More convo with your customers also is powerful way to get insights and write better copy.

Alias emails are not good for sending cold emails because they send from your original mailbox behind the scenes. You would not be able to connect them to Instantly.

Get separate mailboxes. 1 domain is equal to 3 emails so if you want to 30 emails to send 900 emails a day you need 10 domains.
I was planning to get the growth package which stays that 1000 active leads and 5000 emails monthly. Does that means I will be able to collect 1000 email ids (lead list) using Instantly by adding the type of people whom I am looking for?

At what stage of your first cold campaign would you suggest starting a second domain cold campaign?
@mars8289 It depends on the volume you want to send. If you want to increase the volume of emails sent, you'd be getting more secondary domains and creating email accounts from those domains. But if you want to test different campaigns, you can create a few campaigns when you're starting, so you can see which email copy performs the best. And whenever your emails accounts are warmed up, you can connect them to a campaign to start sending.

Just trying to be useful here - that personalized first line is clearly not personalized. Like if you were the recipient you’d know it’s not personalized. Especially if you’re a target for outreach. And most likely if you are selling in a saturated market, then the point of contact is a hot target for outreach so you have to up the sophistication
Also - if I was a plumber...I would definitely NOT believe the "we can get you 5 new customers per week" offer...I think that is WAY over the top...maybe it works ...but I'd be like...this is Bullshyte

What happens when a client calls you in the middle of say a 3/5 email campaign. How do you quickly get some context on what stage they're at? It would seem unprofessional if you get a call and have no idea who the person is and what communication they've received from you.

How many emails would you say per domain to send?
Example:

Send 30 emails per mailbox (3 mailboxes per one domain = 90 emails sent per domain).
Don't start sending 50 emails right after 2 weeks of warmup. Gradually increase the volume, so you can start sending a lower number of emails, then check the campaign stats, and if the reply rates or open rates are good, you can increase the volume slowly.

@kingatlar7036 the reason behind this is not to damage your sender reputation. If your domains are new, email providers will know that, and sending a high volume of emails from new domains does not send a good signal to them. the emailing sounds very pushy, it's the kinda emails I would turn down. Why don't you try to give them a vision of what would be the scenario after they reach out to you. example for plumbing would be that scenario of more Clients more $$ or better quality of Clients also more $$$. It's easier to sell the vision to someone then trying to give free stuff, free stuff well has a value of free.

Feedback: The free search amount is only 4. I'm looking for niche smaller companies in a particular industry. I didn't get a chance to see if Instantly had the companies I was looking for before hitting the free limit. Also the Add app instructions need to be updated for 2024. I recommend making the free search limit at least 10-25. I only saw big obvious companies before I could narrow my search. I don't want to pay and then find out you don't have what I'm looking for.
