You know what you should try? Instead of adding the whole batter, you should try adding half, then half the melted bar, swirl a bit, then do it again with the rest of the batter! The it would get all marbled and swirled in the middle of the cheesecake. That's what I usually do! If you try, let me know what you think about it :)
