    Thanks f or explaining the difference between the two units. However I am having a hard time finding an adapter to extend my display with a male HDMI tail and 2 female ports for the additional monitors. Where can I purchase one with the HDMI male tail connection that inputs directly into the PC.

      You need to purchase an adapter that supports the same resolution as your monitor.

      This. Apparently if there's a thunderbolt symbol on your USB-C port, it will support video. Mine doesn't unfortunately.

    I have a question. I have only one HDMI output. Can this be used to EXTEND to two displays. This video only shows a USB as male plug. I need one HDMI to extend to 2 monitors. Is this possible?

    So here's the issue I have, my MSI laptop does have one hdmi port but I want to use 2 external monitors for extended images, the issue is all the USB/USB C ports do not support video output, so I'm stuck with just one external monitor

    • @OREI-COM
      @OREI-COM  Před 9 měsíci

      You can use our latest SplitExtend to connect 2 monitors through any of your USB/USBC ports. Please note that it requires you to install Silicon Motion drivers.

    Will anyone create an HDMI adapter to EXTEND A screen on the PS5 console onto 2 screens for co-op split screen play. Seriously, why won’t anyone create such a product.

    • @OREI-COM
      @OREI-COM  Před 6 měsíci +1

      Unfortunately no, because your TV does not have a HDMI Output. You would need to buy a separate streaming device.

    Sorry to say this but this video should have been useful, if it were half as long as it is, but the failure to show how you flip a window from one screen to the other was quite unhelpful. I would also have liked to see if a window can be 'stretched' across more than the one screen, or simply actively dragged from one screen to the other. I'm not convinced by this video to buy the product without seeing some more helpful information.

      My guy, if you want to know how to do those things, you can just google it. What device you use to extend your display has nothing to do with and will not inhibit the native functionality of the Windows operating system.
