Beautiful but 450-750 a sqft is wild. You could fly a bespoke architect, general contractor and their crew to build a project for significantly less.

Thank you! We take pride in our premium prefabs. Square foot costing is wild. Kitchens and Bathrooms tend to be the most expensive rooms in a home. Adding bedrooms and more living space drastically reduces costing per square foot. Not every square foot is the same. The smaller the home, the higher the square foot cost. Ideally, square foot costing would be used to compare two homes with the same square footage. The Design and Specifications would need to be scrutinized. Please note that our online costing is shown in Canadian Dollars, so the conversion for the US Dollar would also need to be factored in.
