  • If you've got life you've got everything, Hopefully the world in the future will be too busy getting on with things in a intelligent compassionate way.

Well Said Dee, here's some of my reflections on living forever and death. :)
Mathematics and science continue to lead me to understand that death is not the end. Any equation that calculates the universe or the nature of reality through physics and quantum physics etc. But excludes consciousness in that study or equation, to me is incomplete. The measurement of the universe is not only; Time, matter, space, but, time, matter, space and consciousness. We are just an example of the universe's "I am" we are matter asking what is matter, matter aware of itself. And when we do experiments we can't forget we ourselves are an instrument of observation further using instruments we create. And as Quantum physics has shown the measurement problem is always there. That the instrument used to do any experiment affects the experiment and even the result. We can only know a particles position when it's measured, until then its pure probability.
This is what quantum physicist have said; The atoms in a stone, tree, glass or star are the same atoms in you and me. And although we know a lot about atoms and how a group of atoms work together. Science has still not cracked, and we still don't know how trillions upon trillions of atoms come together to form a conscious being. E=mc2. The equal sign in this equation indicates that matter can be converted into energy and vice versa, M=E and E=M, to quote the creator of this famous equation, his words. "Both but different manifestations of the same thing"! The universe is a mathematical entity beyond comprehension, beyond counting. Even trying to wrap one's head around a trillion can be challenging. What about 75 trillion the amount of cells in a human body, and a 100 trillion atoms in a single cell.
The universe's mathematical composition makes this look like child's play. A universe that may never end and goes on infinitely with. Waves, particles, atoms, energy, matter, molecules, chemicals, consciousness, dimensions. I'd feel foolish to think we are the only examples of the universe's "I Am". When the universe is an incomprehensible endless mathematical entity of size and odds. We're just grasshoppers claiming we can hop to Neptune. Thinking we have it all figured out. Even if the universe was finite. It's still beyond comprehension in size, number and odds. So much so that it's a machine that can spit out anything, all possibilities exist. How else did we come to be if only the universe created us without something else playing a part in creating us.
It is such a staggering composition that it = all possibilities exist, because of those odds we exist. It's probability until it comes to ahead or a result or observed. For one to go around limiting the very limitlessness, possibility and probability that created them is a paradox and conundrum yet again. We are here because all possibilities exist, but yet we deny the universe it's beauty that all possibilities exist.
I'll go as far to say even if currently there is no God, that doesn't mean there never will be. If I'm playing the odds game with something such as the universe, I'm not betting against. Just as I'll go as far to say that one day there may be a truck that awakens and says, "I am" because we humans caused it to happen. We just keep leaping forward with our ability to imagine, create and invent. And yet we are the universe, but in a manifestation creating ability of odds currently just 7 billion strong. On a blue planet particle within an atom. In this mathematical entity of the universe. That makes those numbers of 7 billion look like a fraction of movement of a muscle twitch that is causing a blink to begin.
So the return to nothing? Well everyone was nothing, before they ended up here conscious as something. So going back to nothing can once again lead to something. There is no reason why nothing can't become something again if it has already been nothing and became something before. I side with the odds of the universe, you never know where its going to decide to pop up consciousness next, what realm or dimension? What reality? What planet? Or part of the universe... or for that matter......, "What Body?".
This writing does not represent my personal belief, but exploration as I learn, study and grow.
