Well I don’t want to be a downer on your optimistic version but we have the technology & the ability to harness solar and alternative energy now. We also have the resources and ability to distribute food now. The profits from the diet industry alone could feed the famine. So minus the 500 year lifespan we could do it right now. But do we see anyone even faintly interested? Or do we see a pile of parasites sitting around mumbling on about how there have always been weather patterns? While I still hold out hope of a world shift in human consciousness the global simultaneous catastrophic weather events don’t seem to be triggering anything very profound. I stood next to a 64 year old seasoned Australian fire fighter this summer & watched a wall of flames with a 25 km fire front. He said “this is not another bushfire. We’re f**** and nature is going to spit us out. “ I think your apocalyptic psychogenesis art work is the way to go. It is not just your pessimism. It is your intelligence and our reality.
