My product has troubled me alot and they're not even giving good customer service. Plus I'm a working woman I don't have so much time but whenever I've to make masala or anything it never moves the ingredients inside. I've faced so many issues using this product. @@kp9293 I got the Havells Benzo food processor instead of this. Due to the pandemic the croma stores couldn't deliver it and the shops were closed for 10 days so we purchased the one that was available. It has been a good experience. It is noisier than a mixer grinder but very powerful and grinds dry masalas fine, wet chutneys in no time. Kneads decent amount of aata. We even made idli batter recently and that turned out well. The motor part is round and smaller than these square shaped ones and it is also very light weight compared to traditional food processors.

Don't buy this food processor from croma.
Every year you have to replace the coupler costing 500 Rs. Because the coupler is made of rubber.
In many other mixie machines, the coupler is made of ABS plastic. And local repair shops can repair the ABS plastic coupler in 20 Rs. And ABS not needed to replace every year.
