For some reason if you have your navy operating in the sea zones around britain it's almost guaranteed axis will sealion. It's like they don't bother trying until the player tries, then they commit their fleets there. You don't even have to be on their team either. I was sweden->scandanavia fighting allies and axis, and put my 6 coastal ships on strike force around britain and they went for it

Believe it or not Anarchist Spain World Conquer, World Conquer as any Balkan Nation except Albania, first try winning against Germany as Poland after and before NSB was all easier for me than trying to get the Austria Hungary achievement somehow my games are cursed.
