Kaachi actually trained in dancing and singing... unlike oli, who just came out of no where and started going like 'I can sing, dance, and I love BTS.'
Kaachi has really improved and it shows! Though calling themself kpop is kinda weird, but their good either way. Oli on the other hand....uhhh..... we do not speak of him-
As a Muslim, I just want to say that I wear hijab on my own, it’s means a lot to me! I’ve never been told to cover by my parents or anyone around me! I wore it when I was 14 because I understood it’s Beauty from my heart! Thank you for bringing this up! I’ve never seen someone speak bout our side, hijab is a sign of submission to Allah (god) As a Muslim it shows my conviction in my faith , I find hijab *liberating* because i don’t have to live by the standard of society, it also feels special when I show my beauty (hair) to the people closest to my heart, I love hijab because hijab is my way to express my love for god.... thank you for saying that many women wear it by choice cause “yes we exist” and something you might not know is that majority of hijabi’s do it by choice ( not to discredit the struggles of those who were forced, I feel very bad for them and I hope they get to make these personal choices for themselves)
I'm sorry but that burqa insult is straight up disgusting??????? Using religion as a way to get back at someone is low level scummy. Get help Oli. Edit: yeah no, I'm taking back that apology-
I am not Muslim but I know that Islamic women are one of the most free women in the world...I don't understand why people assume things about a culture without even knowing their background

i will eat your kids atheist don’t necessarily believe in anything that can’t be proven. they point tend out contradictions or hypocrisy, but a lot of religions don’t use logic so that’s why they (me) think religions are a bit problematic.
The fact that he had the audacity to try and make Kaachi look bad makes me so upset. The way Johnny was ready to hear the bs tho to deny everything he said haha I love your guy's friendship. DONT MESS WITH JOHNNY'S PALS 😃❤️
The bigger problem is, he didn't even do it to look "cool" (because he genuinely likes the hairstyle) but to look like a "gangster" as if that's what people who normally wear it are. It's defamation instead of just inspiration or genuine interest. Where I am from a lot of white people wear dreadlocks and cornrows and they get discriminated for those hairstyles as well, because of the same prejudices. And he just goes on the internet and is like #gangster #khiphop and it's so disgusting. He's hurting black people and also others who wear these hairstyles, because they genuinely like them, for views and doesn't give a f***.
I'm so sorry about all the islamaphobia and people not defending you, but it is definitely not okay and there are a lot of people who know that and will speak up about it but we are not always in the right place at the right time. Just know, that there is nothing wrong with being muslim at all and the people attacking you are racist, xenophobic losers with no life who don't bother to educate themselves beyond "different=bad" I mean Oli London doesnt even know the different between a burqa and a hijab-that's not exactly the mark of an intellectual. Anyway, that's beside the point, I just wanted to say that I think Islam is an incredible religion and it is absolutely fascinating to study, it's just a shame that it has been twisted to symbolise terrorism in the western world (especially America) when it is anything but! I hope you have a good day 🌼
Who knew transracial is a thing. I might be punch the shit out him (oli btw) and then if I see a person that’s white then turn black and I might lose my shit. Im done bruh
Alhamdullilah, thank you for defending us, Johnny, and the black community. You're astonishingly educated and it's something this platform lacks, keep utilizing it as you are.
he's so ignorant and immature, it's really embarrassing that he's a grown adult that acts like a high school drama queen. people like oli thrive off of attention, negative or positive, so i completely agree that if people just stop paying attention to him he'll stop having a platform. hopefully if he has time to focus on himself as person instead of trying to get fame he'll be able to step back and reflect on what his priorities are in life and apologize for being so careless and disrespectful.
im a muslim, but i dont wear a hijab/burqa. but oli seriously needs help. hijabs/burqas are worn by will, not by force. at least thats what i was told. i live in an all-islamic country and i rarely see anyone wearing hijabs. so im pretty sure its by will i guess, hes seriously too problematic. please non muslims dont think we are brainwashed and oppressed.
I am not a Muslim. I live in Saudi Arabia. I at times wear hijab and at school, we all pray together every morning... Since childhood all my friends were Muslims.. They are not bad or anything.. This Oli London guy made me really mad. I mean how could he say that without knowing anything about their culture and traditions.... I am super MAD. Seriously Oli London GET A GRIP!!!
@@whatsyourname9581 Like you say, yes hijab is being worn to avoid or I could say decrease the probability of sexual harrassment, because rapist don't care who you are since they are blinded by lust. I learn to wear hijab when I was 10 and hijab according to Islam, have to cover the chest area. Well since I was young at that time, my mom did not force me to wear hijab that completely cover my chest. And there was a time I forgot to wear hijab and we already on road, my parents did not freak out, go back home or even yelled at me. When I was first time coming to Selangor, a state near to KL, to further my study, I got 7 housemates with 2 of them not wearing hijab despite being Muslim. But it's not like I go at them and yelled 'Hey you're Muslim, wear your hijab!'. I understand that they don't want to wear hijab and I'm fine with it. I also got a Christian housemate last 2 semester and when she was about to go out on the very first Sunday we started our semester, I asked her where is she going, she said she's going to church. I was like 'Oh yeah it's Sunday, you will have to pray there'. I really like this experience because I'm living in only Islamic environment (well I do have a few teachers who are from different races and religions), that was my first time being closed with a Christian.
well actually in countries like iran hijabs are worn by force as all women are required to wear hijabs in public but in other free countries hijabs are worn by choice as islam doesn't require women to wear hijabs and many muslims dont because of that reason
If you're talking about Islam, you should ALWAYS consider the state of the country and the politics. Somewhere where war is happening, obviously religion will always be a bit different than in a country where people are living freely. Therefore you will find people who are oppressed and forced to do stuff and you will find people like Zarya and me who were free in their decision not to wear a hijab or burqa. And one more thing: there is no such obligation for a woman to wear a hijab or burqa at all. War, tradition, politics...there are many factors that influence the way that people live Islam. :) i know it can be confusing sometimes.
I mean, it's like any religion. Take Christianity. Depending on where you live, the government might regulate it, or control it. Depending on your family, you may be stricter. Depending on where you live, it might be more accepted. The majority of people who participate in the religion, are phenomenal people, but the small amount of people ruins it for everyone else.

As a Muslim I appreciate that you talked about the hijab thing , we wear hijab to ourselves , because we love our religion then this plastic white dude has the AUDACITY to say disgusting things about the hijab (smh) it really made me sad , he needs to respect all religions and races no matter what . Stay safe guys 💖
respecting religion is very important and oli london does not love any korean religion and he does not even know that asia has many different languages and he just uses our religion for the fame . people should not watch his video becuase it is encouraging him
I'm going to have to say that respect is earned and imo religions have not earned this. People on the other hand can of course earn respect no matter what race they are or what religion they adhere to
I'm not even Muslim and I: 1- know that was NOT a burqa, that's a hijab. Burqas cover the entire body and have a net over the eyes, while a hijab only covers the hair and usually the neck. 2- know hijabs and burqas are NOT mandatory, and no one is forced to wear one. 3- Cornrows are cultural appropriation 4- Asians shouldn't be fetishized and their countries shouldn't be romanticized This is coming from a white latinx enby, thank you for coming to my TED talk
@@ohsehundinfiresman9726 Yep! But it is still generally what Muslim women wear along with the burqa ^^ it is also not necessary but it is commonly used

he literally knows nothing about bts. he literally thought jungkook was the leader of bts and he doesn't even know what army is . he is just using BTS for clout!!
Well thats not even a question if hes a fan of BTS or not cuz the answer is NO. BTS LITERALLY RELEASED LIKE 3 ALBUMS FOR LOVE YOURSELF AND ALSO STARTED A COMPAIGN ABOUT IT (sorry idk much*not a fan*) AND YET HE GOES AND HAVE SURGERIES WORTH THE MINEY WHICH WOULD HAVE HELPED SO MANY ON THE PLANET ..OR HE COULD HAVE JUST USED IT FOR MERCHES AND EVERYTHING (cuz being a kpop fan you need money like really lol)
I hate that he is using BTS / Jimin for clout as well as cultures like black culture and Asian culture as aesthetics. It is disgusting and literally culture appropriation.
IOPE it’s not just a fucking hairstyle it’s culture I’m sick and tired of non black people telling black people whats cultural appropriation and whats not
I saw kaachi when they recently debuted and also had their comeback photo magic. I noticed that they got so much hate that I felt bad for them. I understood that they did try to become a kpop group and people thought that they were just a bunch of koreaboos, but I thought they were amazing talented girls trying to do what they were trying to do. I checked out most of their vids and im also a subscriber, and if you see them, they are actually one of the most, and i mean one of the most *sweetest* people I've seen. Knowing they are not giving up and they are standing as Kaachi amazes me. People like Oli really need to stop. Oli thinks that he can be in the position to hate on kaachi whatsoever, as if he is some actual controversial kpop star or something. Im sorry but not sorry at the same time, but oli, you're going down while kaachi is going *up*. Also just because someone said something that i guess insulted you, you should know that insulting someone *back* related with their religion is just disgusting and disrespectful. I'm not a muslim, but as a religious person, one of the most painful things that can be said to a person like me is insults about out specific religion. Oli is being just plain immature and he needs to understand that even if he is trying to grab attention with multiple controversies, there is NO reason to hurt someone just to bring themselves up. People like Oli really need to see how they should fix their problems instead of making them worse. And a note for oli, if you really are a kpop star, I hope you know that when it comes to problems and controversies to actual kpop idols/groups, they make sure to apologize and show respect to whomever they might have offended. Also for sherliza moe (sorry if i mispelled her name), she is also one of my favorite youtubers. She has said multiple multiple times that her pompoms are made of faux, and not actual rabbit fur. ALSO, she has said a billion times in her videos, you should know this oli if you actually have seen her videos, that she is a huge BTS stan... And im bring this back up again but you really shouldnt find the bad points of the people you think are trying to offend you but instead reply in a respectful manner that what they are doing doesnt make them feel comfortable and that they are unhappy with the content they are posting. Sorry oli, but your actions is just plain disgusting and you should really know what you should do to live a positive life. I also know since most of you was exposed, but dont use BTS or other kpop idols to get attention. ALSO, dont use BLM as a use of attention since the way you act are hurting MILLIONS of people and you might not notice it, but it does hurt. Many black people have gone through so many hardships in history and it is happening again currently in 2020. You really need to stop. When I was in sixth grade, I stayed late for book club. I walked home with friends, and in the woods we saw some boys bullying a girl. They were trying to yank of her hijab, the one she CHOSE to wear. She was crying and saying “please stop this is important to me.” The boys didn’t stop. And they didn’t see me and my friend. Needless to say, those boys got some very intense shin kicks and elbowing. I also remember me and my friends started a BLM protest with our parents. Lee Marshcupcake nah, in sexual offender accusations, they are GUILTY until proven INNOCENT. sexual assault is something not to be taken lightly, and it doesn’t matter if the allegations are true or not, that should already raise suspicions. the fact that his apology is basically a pawn to promote his solo career, and his “company” is practically fake. i’m standing by the victim for now, and staying neutral about woojin. in my book, it’s going to be better supporting a potential liar and a potential sexual offender.
it's so upsetting to see a grown man acting like this just for "fame". he doesn't care about anyone's feelings and what's even scarier is that some people might actually listen to him and think this behaviour is okay when it's clearly not.

Cornrow history: “History tells us cornrows originated in Africa. The intricate braiding of the hair indicated the tribe you belonged to,” explains Atlanta-based cosmetologist, barber, instructor and author Toni Love. “Cornrows on women date back to at least 3000 B.C. and as far back as the nineteenth century for men, particularly in Ethiopia. Warriors and kings were identified by their braided hairstyles.” As an African American and a ARMY, I am beyond done with Oli London’s bullshit. He’s saying things like “Get a grip, it’s a hairstyle!” while he doesn’t understand how disrespectful it is. Cornrows in African culture symbolizes labor, agriculture, and planting. This is a common hairstyle worn among African women, along with African American women as well. It’s not only just a hairstyle, it also ties to our slave days. Back when we were in plantations and shit, field workers wouldn’t have time to actually do their hair, because of he harsh conditions of slave owners. So, in order to save time, we did our hair in cornrows. As some of you may know, the slave days were hard for my people. And for him to go and say it’s just a fucking hairstyle? I honestly want to cancel him, get his CZcams account deleted, and just to never hear about him or see him again.
As a white person I couldn’t understand what was so wrong with white people wearing braids etc. especially since it’s 2020, I assumed it was purely about insults but I never felt I could ask in fear that I would’ve been viewed as problematic 😢 I know google exists but articles can be very complicated and don’t get to the point (I understand there’s a lot of history and details behind cultural appropriation, but I’m too dumb to pick up on the important parts). I’m really happy you wrote this comment since it was straight to the point and I have a basic understanding of why hairstyles from different cultures shouldn’t be taken lightly. Thank you for educating me ❤️

Another interesting fact: Many African women braided rice or seeds into their hair before journeying the middle passage, on their way to enslavement or braided it into their children's hair before separation between plantations, so that they could eat. - Knowyourcaribbean on Instagram
@@tamaramat8808 I remember hearing that as well before. I'm a black woman too; not a kpop stan, I listen to it every now and then. My favorite artists are BoA, PSY, T-ARA, 2NE1, and Big Bang. He didn’t have to bring in and attack someone’s religion that is so awful and particularly racist. He has proven the comments abt him to be true, he refuses actual criticism and targets people. Disgusting.
Don't want to defend him. But Europe had a number of various attacks in recent years thanks to our Welcome politics. Logically not every Muslim is like that but every attack was made by them... So showing strong belief in religion that basically fuck us over and killed people (I knew) is not exectly welcoming

@@angelikapotree2741 It's not the religion's fault. Islam believes in peace and for the greater good. If they hurt people, they aren't a real Muslim or misguided. A real Muslim won't even cut a tree during war stated in Al Quran and that is a rule. As simple as that.

ALSO, dont use BLM as a use of attention since the way you act are hurting MILLIONS of people and you might not notice it, but it does hurt. this man supports woojail cos hes korean like thats so embarrassing
What's woojail?
@@lunawolff4358 well that ex-member of stray kids who was recently called out for sexual harassment. I don't wanna say his name either, so search it up if you wanna
white - stripes woojin, but hes shat and need to go to jail, hence POO JAIL
@@jentle616 I know what is happening with Woojin. What does it have to do with jail/what does woojail mean?
@@lunawolff4358 you know hat jail means? Like, prision cell
when he said he supported Woojin i lost it. Before it was like ok he's a troll but now it's really getting serious. All he want's is clout but he's taken it way too far. I always felt he was the kind of person to appropreate other people's culture.
The Woojin thing is not confirmed
@Lee Marshcupcake 10X Entertainment already existed before Woojin left Skz! They posted proof that they existed in 2019 already
@@lunawolff4358 that's the dj 10x
@Lee Marshcupcake Yeah yeah I don't know what to think about that. Gotta wait. Also the girl tweeted it was a joke!
I am not a muslim but being against someone and judging someone by their religion, colour, gender, etc is something called crime in my dictionary
Being a muslim. Hijab is my identity. I feel weird without my hijab. It's my choice.
Oil london is proof you can grow up and still act like a child
That is true

it's so upsetting to see a grown man acting like this just for "fame". he doesn't care about anyone's feelings and what's even scarier is that some people might actually listen to him and think this behaviour is okay when it's clearly not.
for real bruh,
its honestly so embarrassing...the fact that hes aware that literally nobody likes him yet he just doesnt give a shit?? his "clout" needs to die down and it needs to die fast.
I actually cant believe someone would go this far just for fame. Like you're damaging your own health, risking your own life and embarrassing yourself JUST FOR FAME??
What's he gonna do when he's 40 years old? When bts retires and marry, is oil gonna still keep doing this shit? This guy really has no life.
Right
they’ve gone too far just to get popularity. I hope they will regret their actions and make a sincere apology. I’m very glad you talked about this and all of this problematic shit they’ve done, I can see how heated you got because of this
Never seen such a informative video thank you for shouting out to the people in the back 💕

Cornrow history:
“History tells us cornrows originated in Africa. Warriors and kings were identified by their braided hairstyles.”
As an African American and a ARMY, I am beyond done with Oli London’s bullshit.
Me too. I fucking hate the fact that he invalidates us black people and tell us to GeT a GrIp when he can't get one himself like bruh 😬🤦🏾♀️
Thank you for educating me ❤️
PERIODT! As a black kpop Stan I’m disgusted with his actions against us and asians also Muslims, he needs every platform that he owns taken away and cancelled, this is beyond enough, and it seems like he isn’t learning nor caring about the DISGUSTING actions he’s making, that makes my blood boil.
Oily doesn't deserve to be called human for saying that to the girl on Twitter. That's beyond atrocious. Oily is just an over dramatically obsessed weirdo with a very low IQ. And considering the demanding, arduous training kpop idols and trainees must endure, I don't really feel it's fair at all for Oily to skirt past that and appropriate Asian, African American, or any other culture simply to satisfy a horrendous vanity complex.
I haven’t watched Johnny in a while since all he posted here that I liked were song covers that I haven’t heard much but this-this video is making me stan him again.
You don't understand how much I love you for making this video. You are awesome
as someone who has been a victim of sexual harassment and knows girls who have been sexually assaulted, him defending Woojin really hit a nerve with me, nothing happened with the guy who harassed me and the guy who assaulted my friends. same, fellow Muslim here. Was baffled at this guy's thick headedness

I know what you mean but as a Muslim born in England, I don’t bomb people,I don’t kill people and I’m not oppressed.Even thought you said ‘Im not saying all Muslims are like that’ you worded it in a way that hurt me as someone who gets bullied for wearing a hijab.Yes people shouldn’t terrorize but please don’t think that only Muslims terrorize mostly since in our religion we believe in peace and those weren’t real Muslims.
Angelika potree if they do that they are not mulsims then
@@angelikapotree2741 It's not the religion's fault. Islam believes in peace and for the greater good. If they hurt people, they aren't a real Muslim or misguided. A real Muslim won't even cut a tree during war stated in Al Quran and that is a rule. As simple as that.

So many people called him out on TikTok, mostly Koreans. He blocked a lot of them. They’re all offended or think he’s ridiculous. “He didn’t even like k-pop in the first place until five minutes ago”
“He’s not a really good singer , that didn’t need to be said”
