    Home Remedies Recovery Process for Minor Injuries & Muscle Pain! 🔥👽

    Recovery Steps:
    1️⃣ Awareness. Be mindful & acknowledge something doesn’t feel right.
    2️⃣ Stop any activity that could potentially worsen the problem.
    3️⃣ Identify when & what caused the problem if possible.
    4️⃣ Take an over the counter non-steroidal anti-inflammatory like Advil.
    5️⃣ Apply a muscle pain relieving cream.
    6️⃣ Ice for the first 48 hours if you know what caused the problem and then heat afterward. If you can’t identify what caused the problem, then heat right away.
    7️⃣ Take between 10-20 grams of Glutamine.
    8️⃣ Start rolling out or deeply massaging the area once it’s feeling much better.
    9️⃣ Get back at it slowly until you progress up to your 100% again!
    Remember that these steps are only for minor injuries like tweaks and strains. Anything more serious or causing shooting levels of pain, stop immediately what you’re doing so you don’t worsen the problem and get it checked out by a specialist ASAP to know how you should proceed next. 👌🏻

    I watched the long form of this and it's helped me out a ton! I strained my wrist 2 months ago and followed this process. Within 3 days, I was back to 100%. Doing this any time I feel a tweak or strain when working out!
