    Hi Stephanie! Great video! We will be out this fall to find our retirement area. One question. I know there’s no Costco, but do you think the tri-city area will ever get one in the near future? I mean we have a small town here in Colorado population just under 9k that has a Costco and there’s NO big city anywhere nearby. Gypsum Colorado. The NE area also has the population of Asheville that would support it. I know Ash has a Trader Joe’s, but c’mon Tri-cities! Get a Costco and a Trader Joe’s pronto!!

      There are homes being built throughout the area right now. New construction in Kingsport, Gray and Greeneville may be a good place to start. Most of the new construction homes have smaller lots. The older neighborhoods and rural areas offer more space.

    • @Albear0419
      @Albear0419 Před 10 měsíci

      I also only want new construction no more than $500K. What cute and safe towns will offer that? I read Kingsport sucks and stinks because of the chemical plant and everything closes down. So, that being said I will pass on that. I read another nearby town is littered with trash .I do not want to live in a town with trash or abandoned cars. Can you recommend places I can consider based on my comments? Thank you. @@LivinginJohnsonCityTennessee

    Nice video, it should attract a lot of liberals that want to escape northern cities. I can't wait till they get here and drive up real estate prices-as they have been doing for the last 3 years..., vote in a lot of liberal politicians, change our school boards, and usher in all of those lovely green new deal mandates. When people come here they don't change their mindset or there voting tactics, they all think "we can change this place and make it better than the sewer from which we came…" It's the same mindset as all these college graduates today think that, "Socialism/communism is a great idea, it's just never been done right before and we can do it right this time."
