I have completely washed out social media from my life recently.. i only use youtube for learning purpose .. i am a civil service aspirant.. no whatsapp ,facebook ,instagram.. practice mindfulness.. but i need to develop habit of waking up early... after removing social media ,my life changed completely..i feel intense calm inside..sense of self , worthiness drastically improved.. my focus is always on fulfilling my daily study target
same here.. I am learning android development but I sold my smartphone now I just have my pc for the purpose. Any ways best of luck to you. hope you acheive what you aimed for.

When I stopped Facebook my business went back up to same level as prior to Facebook I still am working on the habit to reduce you tube addiction 🏆

I am an simple graduate and unemployed and non native English man and non vegetarian and 33 years old insecure class. Can I learn and adapt this program for a better future?
Yeah...when I ran an Hour plus it felt nauseating and my legs started to hurt soo bad!!!! { but the idea works in a long run if you don't give up too soon }
I already attended Gamechanger 11 bootcamp and successfully completed the same ,now I'm able to wake up at sharp 4:10 AM regularly, thanks to Rajan Sir and team habitstrong....

Do not over exercise at the beginning. Do it incrementally. Aim for consistency. And most important, have a clean diet
