Shimmer and Cosmo got totally screwed. Should have been a red flag once the safety marble didn't deploy.
But a red flag can be only waved in the case of huge pileups or track invaders, and since it's only one marble stuck there never was.
Absolutely outrageous that the marble who performed the best was punished for another marble's mistakes. Controversial outcome, and as a Swarmer just looking for something positive to take out of this middling season, I'm just really bummed out about this.
Not really. No guarantee that they would have kept their positions on the restart. Also even though the safety marble didn't deploy, there is no guarantee it would have dislodged the stuck marble. All in all it was just incredibly bad luck that they happened to have the same line that had a marble stuck.
Yep feels super shitty to lose out on a championship hope when a faulty addition to the track ruins your chances.
@@time.worn-soul8243 exactly he can only blame himself he saw yellow flags he knew someone was stuck and still refused to deviate from the ideal line to keep his spot he can fume all he want in the end he got himself to blame
This race was basically Minty Fresh getting screwed and then deciding to take as much of the field with him...

WOW! Orangin really pulled themselves up from nearly last all the way to 6th. Incredible!
thank goodness i wasnt the only one to see that amazing comeback #goOrangers
@@Jirokarja17 My panic was immeasurable. When I saw Yellow Eye had dropped down while we moved was a fantastic moment of relief!!!
@@AC_Hurdles praying for Orangin to win the championship. He really deserves it, he has been very consistent all season. And he is my favourite marble 😄
@@AC_Hurdles I need to watch again to get the whole race picture because I was locked into what was happening with those two. Most of the race it was a question of how many more points Yellow Eye would get. I should have had more faith in Orangin; I never would have guessed the ending!
@@AC_Hurdles yeah last lap he got pass back down to 9th. Lol went in the tunnel 9th came out 6th I was like say what happen in the tunnel!!! Show mee!!!!! Tunnel cam! Haha
Safety marble being stuck sounds like a clear red flag to be honest. Not sure how safe that was for everyone involved. Race Direction needs to look into that! Nice Comeback Orangin tough!
Yeah. I was prepped with "Cosmo meeting expectations" joke, but that was just heartbreaking. Can't even blame him.
It's devastating!!! The one race out of 100 where cosmo actually seemed to do great and than this happens ☹ Where was the safety marble?
It is unacceptable. The organization must apologize publicly for the failure of the safety marble...
The bad gets worse when you realize that had Cosmo taken different split path(preferably the shortest one) he would A) Been 1st with a massive lead, B) would have had Minty Fresh behind him blocking the pursuers and C) would have most likely ended up in 1st giving both him and his team 25 pts (sending him in the individual to the 11th spot right before Yellow eye) and as such givin his team(and Starry) a relatively plausible chance of wining both the individual and team competition. As if Starry would have ended up winning if he got 1st in the upcoming race ofcourse under the condition that Clementine got 10th or lower and Red Eye 4th or lover
@@flyingsquirrel3271 There was failure with the release mechanism for the safety marble lane.
@@elementalist3190 there was nothing Cosmo could have done differently. I know the angle is hard to see but after Shimmer hit off Fresh Cosmo ran into Shimmer. There was literally nothing they could do. They got screwed. The race should have restarted or they should have been reached in position after the first lap.
Oragin is a legend, started off being dropped to second from last, and then crawls all the way up to sixth place!?! What a climb!
MVP of the O'rangers!! I am shocked, and that's a HUGE understatement.
It also really helped that yellow eye had such a bad race after couple of the first laps. If red eye stuffs it up and gets 10th or lower we win both team and personal championships.
@Will Mellquist OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
This race by Orangin was the most O´Rangers race I´ve seen my entire life:
- You´re fighting for the team championship victory
- You´re fighting for the individual championship victory
- Qualifies 11th
- Drops it to 19th in the very first lap
- Somemow miracle-recovers it to 6th
But shoutout to the Lazy Cats Eyes! This should´ve been the race where they would seal the deal and get the back to back championship. Instead they demonstrate on how to choke their way from 2nd to 16th.
I´m not complaining though... :)
I was terrified because I immediately saw orangin drop to essentially last then was elated as he recovered and got 6th, this whole race was nerve racking, can’t wait to hopefully see them win the whole thing
Yellow Eye is trying hard to lose this championship for CCE.
Couldn’t agree more!
At least the last race actually matters unlike Season 2
The pressure on both the O'rangers and Crazy Cats Eyes is immense at this point. It seemed like Orangin choked on the first corner, but had the time to get back off tilt and really dig deep. Yellow Eye just never found his rhythm again.
I don’t care who you cheer for, that start, being as it was first lap, should have resulted in a restart. At this point I don’t accept this race as valid. It should be voided or reraced.
I cheer for Team Momo so I refuse to complain
Like I said in a comment, according to what Jelle stated in the live chat: There was no total blockage or big danger on the track. The marble was dislodged anyway so they green flagged it and there was no need for a red flag.
@@eliezersmarbleraces3137 so, in other words, let's continue to punish the leaders for _daring_ to be the leaders. what a dumb rule.

Glad to see Team Momo FINALLY win something and not just tease us.
I believe that's Team Momo's first win/podium in M1 since O'raceway Season 2.
In classic Team Momo fashion, only winning with some dirty controversy of the stuck marble screwing the actual leading teams
@@dominicray6640 That wasn't Mimo's fault. He ran the race of his life today and it's being overshadowed by another marble's big mistake. That's not fair.

Cuz this is not the performance u expect from hazers after they moved to the 6th spot on first lap and then dropped back down... Thunderbolts as well are severely behind as are Balls of Chaos and Team Primary...
Man Cosmo was INCREDIBLY robbed of a good finish because of minty fresh getting stuck...
Straight bro was in second place ready to give the performance of his life
Then minty fresh swoops in and screws him and shimmer iver

@@TimLSim No, Yellow Eye had done pretty well across the season, don't count them out.
Doubt they'll be fired but ye, pretty disappointing season overall. A shame really :(
Man, what a battle from Orangin! Fell all the way to second to last near the beginning of the race and fought its way back to not only get sixth, but build the O’rangers lead over CCI in the points standings.
Although, considering how crazy the battle was between Mimo and Iceberg, I can see why the O’rangers race comeback was overlooked. You took your eyes off the leaders for a second and there would be a lead change.
All-in-all, great race. This might have been one of the most exhilarating races of the season.
And that mallard started in the back then got to 3rd and had a hard battle with mocha then he took it and ran away with it
pretty sure you're supposed to give lines for spoilers friend
Orangin definitely marble of the day - 2 more laps may have made the podium
I think the yellow flag fiasco diminishes a lot from the quality of the race. Minty Fresh's hang up and the subsequent failure of the safety marble/race control.
Racers shouldn't be worried about the track preventing them from racing, getting stuck is not a feature of the track; bad course management/planning.
I think since the safety marble was stuck as well it should have been a race restart; not even a lap in and they have restarted in a previous race I believe.
BUT, at least Orangin got it in gear and salvaged the race for us.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Such an asinine comment…
The unfairness around the blockage by Minty Fresh completely killed the vibes for this race, doesn't feel good for Minty Maniacs, the leading teams at the times, or even the team that won by benefiting from the others' losses.
After watching Orangin drop all the way down the almost last place I was about to write off any championship hopes but my word! WHAT A RECOVERY! This last race is going to be intense, fingers crossed the O’Rangers can bring it home!

Not gonna lie, as a Team Galactic fan I'm REALLY bummed out. The track had a technical malfunction and race control shouldn't have allowed this incident to happen. Cosmo had a fair chance at a podium finish and now Team Galactic is out of the championship fight because of this decision.
Damn, that 4-lane turn was really rough. When Minty Fresh got jammed and the safety marble failed it probably should have been a red flag

😭😭😭😭😭
Shining swarm isn't the only team that got screwed. Galactic fans also got majorly screwed
how did he get robbed he refused to chose a less ideal lane wiht no contact in favor of try to go though with his head first
cosmo got robbed even worse. it completely eliminated team galactic from a chance at the championship through no fault of their own, simply because of a bad call.
@@iFParasit just breaking the immersion for a little bit, shimmer got robbed because it's an inanimate object that has no thought process. shimmer didn't "choose" anything. it's honestly pretty disrespectful to people who are genuine fans of shining swarm when you essentially make up "lies" (for the lack of a better word) to disregard their completely justified complaints. and this is coming from someone who isn't even rooting for shining swarm.
Rapidly is a disgrace. I thought he came back from last season, but this race really showed his true colors. While Speedy is continuing is greatness as a marble Rapidly is just adding evidence on why they're should be a roster change next year. Major shout out to the Jelle's Marble Runs team that worked to put together Midnight Bay! It looks beautiful!
Right? I was just wondering the other day how long it took to plan, set up, shoot, and then edit something like this so we could have the experience for 10-30 minutes.
I second that. Beautiful job as always 👍🏻
Too bad it won’t be a track next year, because the Midnight Wisps won’t get invited back next year because we suck
Finally a comment that is appreciating the work they do and that isn’t people being salty about the race!
Ok everyone is talking about the Oranges, but I wanna give a shout-out to the gliding glaciers, iceberg absolutely crushed it! It didn't break my heart a little when they lost the lead half way through the final lap after leading for most of 10 laps. That said, they raced super well, regularly taking the lead back from Nemo, and taking fastest lap TWICE! They also jumped from like 18th to 10th in the overall standings.
I would argue theyre a team to keep an eye on, they've got spirit, they just need to be more consistent
It looked like Mimo, tailing behind the whole time, was faster & better at closing the distance, but Iceberg largely did a good job of blocking.
As a Glacier fan, it wasn’t at all surprising to see Iceberg lose it at the end.

Where's your team pride!?
Absolutely should have been a restart, after a jammed marble and a failed safety marble in the first lap. If not a full restart, then finish the lap and restart a lap down with the same running order. Sending the race leaders out to collide with the jammed marble, and then having a lapped marble running interference for the whole race, was a terrible decision.
yeah i dont know, completly killed my mood and i wont finish watching this video.

It's called a marblula 1 race. We went marble racing.
It not the first time something like this had happened. There's been stuck marbles before during Season 1 and 2, one of which did result in even the safety marble being unable to help with the matter.
@@josefinabravorios8167 Now we know where he went after being booted from F1
I want to see how Minty Fresh got caught in the 4 way split, that had more implications than was let on a bit. Not only did Shimmer get affected from the contact but so did Cosmo, and also with the battle between Iceberg and Mimo, who is to say that Minty Fresh didn't play a little part into all that.
That being said, The battle between Gliding Glaciers and Team Momo was very nice to at the end, even tho I think it should been a 4 way battle with Shimmer and Cosmo added into the mix but eh who knows.
Was watching at x0.25 speed. At 2:26, you can briefly see Minty Fresh stuck at the start of the split.
After the collision with Shimmer and Cosmo, you can see Shimmer being unable to make it past the split, but Mocha does.
At 1:58, Minty Fresh is jostling with a couple of other marbles in the back, and looks to be losing speed. Then Minty Fresh hugs the wall and seems to have stopped as the camera pans away at 2:00.
So Minty Fresh likely never entered the split and just parked itself at the beginning of it, from what I can tell.

Wow what a comeback from Orangin. From dead last up to 6th. It’s all or nothing for these O’Rangers this season. They’ve been doing this stuff every race.
Honestly, last may not have eliminated them from the championship, but that race definitely showed why they deserve to be there.
And the CCE ended up miles back. Lovely stuff!

Completely incorrect procedure to not bring out the safety marble or the red flags, they exist solely to protect running marbles from having their races ruined by a stuck marble, Shimmer lost the lead, Cosmo lost 7 positions because of minty fresh and galactic lost the very slim chance they had to still be in the championship running. This kind of mistakes should never happen. #VoidTheRace
Waaa
While the fault in the safety marble lane is undeniably a problem, there's a clear precedent for not red-flagging a situation like that. Back in O'raceway S1 we have the same thing happen with Rapidly helping Wospy after they fell off the belt, no red flag needed. It's heartbreaking, but a red flag wasn't necessary, just fixes to the safety system.
Shimmer and Cosmo had every chance to recover. It's not like losing spots in the first lap prevents them from making a recovery. Orangin did it. Mallard did it. Iceberg made a massive recovery and nearly won from it. All 3 marbles that moved up as a result of the crash immediately lost those spots back by the next lap. Shimmer and Cosmo lost because they didn't race well enough to win.
Completely incorrect procedure to not just stop the whole race, stop recording, rerack the marbles in their starting positions, and rerecord the whole thing from the start. It was lap one. Just try it all over again
@@KCSutherland you're missing the point. shimmer and cosmo shouldn't have even _had_ to recover in the first place. they were punished for doing well. simple as that.

It's really been a hard season 😔 I know we are not championship contenders but this season has really been setback after setback
I agree. I know our win is overshadowed by the controversy but still I stopped believing and Mimo has proven me wrong. He has been getting stronger during the entire season while Momo was pretty average throughout. Next season will be better #momoStrong
Pre race prediction (from a Team Galactic fan) -- Cosmo does good, it feels like they'll get 6th, but the teams they need to do bad to keep Team Galactic in the hunt for the podium for the season will do good enough to eliminate their hopes.
Post race edit:
There should have been a restart. Cosmo got completely screwed. No further words, just anger.
He had ONE shot at redemption. Yeah, that's our Cosmo alright
I'm so mad that the race wasn't restarted it screwed so many marbles
Complete failure by the officials to not call that red flag I was pulling hard to for Team galactic and Minty fresh very well probably cost us a run at that championship
Cosmo was snatched of the points she would have gotten.. That's just soo unfair to her.
@Tanqr Plays Absolutely disagree, consolation points can only be awarded in the Marble League.
I don't know what is happening to Yellow Eye, it's like he had lost all of his confidence. You cannot make the same mistake EVERY SINGLE LAP in a race. You cannot start SECOND and end the race SIXTEENTH. You cannot flop like that at the middle of the race and lose 10 spots in only 2 laps. YOU CANNOT END IN THE BOTTOM 5 TWO WEEKS IN A ROW WHEN YOUR TEAM IS TRYING TO WIN A CHAMPIONSHIP.
It's pretty clear that he is not ready at the moment to continue as second pilot, I would like to see, as some people said last week, a replacement for him. I hope next year the team gives the opportunity to Green, Blue or maybe Cian; because this second part of the season was horrible for Yellow Eye and now Red Eye has to do a really great race next week to cover this disaster if we want to win the championship again, and even if he wins the race we don't depend of ourselfs completely.
IT'S GOING TO BE A REALLY EXCITING END FOR THIS SEASON, I'M VERY HYPED!
I agree... There is so much pressure on Red Eye now for the final race, in front of a home crowd! I don't know if Yellow Eye has had some sort of breakdown in his personal life, but at this level of racing TOTAL FOCUS IS REQUIRED! It's going to be vital for Red Eye to do well in the qualifiers now to get us a good position on the grid for the final race. Go Red Eye! We believe in you. #EyesOnThePrize!
Yellow eye has really had a disappointing display this season. I would like to see him race because he did well in the previous seasons but this year he has been terrible. 2nd place start to 16th place, losing 14 spots is atrocious. On top of that not putting in enough effort after the his previous race he performed poorly in, I wanna see a replacement next season to someone who wants to win. SMH
@@zaccaryroberts I mean, yes, it was disapointing, but we all are heated due to this last two races and what that has meant to the team championship battle, we can't forget that he did really well at the start of the season and that ending 13th of 40 marbles is really really hard. Yes he disapointed the fans and performed poorly at the end, but he is still one of the top marbles of the competition.
I agree with the thought of replacing him next season and give an opportunity to the others, but I just wanted to give some perspective to the situation.

yikes, minty fresh getting stuck on the track completely ruined the race for cosmo and shimmer. as others have said, wish there had been a different decision made, but what are you gonna do, i guess. it took team galactic entirely out of the running for the title--it was clear that cosmo and shimmer were the ones to hit and dislodge minty fresh.
great fight throughout at the marbles who ended up the frontrunners, and lots of exciting changes, but yeah. not feeling great about how that went--you can see cosmo drop like 7 places in one lap because of it. :/
This might have cost Galactic podium and ended their slight chance at first. Skipped through the entire race after that nonsense. From 2nd down to 12th. Wow. Also was Cosmo's first chance at podium.
We needed Yellow Eye to step up, and produce, and… they didn’t. Never in this series have we needed them more, and they… fell flat. 😭

@@TimLSim He shouldn't be fired, he's showed dominance and has had glory in M1 before, he just needs to work on some things to be as good as Red Eye, but that also could be why his performance isn't that well as he gets overshadowed by Red Eye constantly, same situation with Cosmo and Starry.
What really sucks about yellow eye is unlike Cosmo they can't even blame their performance on Minty Fresh
So painful
@@starrynights124 Agree, Yellow Eye is 12th individually don't write him off.
One of the most entertaining Marbula One races we’ve seen in a while
The spirits floating around Midnight Bay are excited for this race, and so are we! This will be a wild one!

HOLY COW What a race by Orangin ... Was a bit concerned by their drop at the start of the race but then it was a pleasure seeing them go up in the ranking !!
And once more AWESOME work by all the team and espacially Jelle ! Impressive efforts put in to give us those great videos !!
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO'Rangers
Feel bad for Cosmo, he was actually doing well but got screwed over by something out of his control, still gotta keep posative, great race as always and i trust that Starry can win the individual competition and get TG 3rd in the team competition!!!!
Wow! What an exciting race! Pretty controversial as well, love some extra drama. Fantastic racing Mimo! #MomoStrong
Minty Fresh acting as spoiler had me biting my nails but I couldn't be happier for Mimo! #gogomomo
I'm so happy for Mimo. All I wanted was one Team Momo win this season and here it is. Well done!!
Better late than never
Well, after 11 races...
Congratulations to Mimo! Even after that trouble with Minty Fresh, he got the race in the last lap!
And I personally...want the O'rangers to win more than the CCEs.
But at least it was a wonderful season! Better luck next time for the Speeders...
Amazing as always, regardless of who wins we can always count on the Jelle Team to consistently bring us some of the highest quality content in the platform :)

Guys I'm pretty sure that JMA made a mistake.
Minty Fresh is P17 and Dash should be P18.But Dash were placed ahead of Minty Fresh while they're on the starting grid.
yep, you're right.
man, that's two major screw-ups in a single episode.
I realized that too, Jelle even screwed the names for two marbles, naming Wuspy as Wispy and even misspelled Minty Fresh.
Wuspy comes away with a single point on their home circuit. Somehow, this is better than I thought they'd do. This season has been humbling for the Midnight Wisps and their fans.
The Wisps are in dire need of a roster change. Wuspy has been a consistently disappointing racer this season.
@@lyinarbaeldeth2456 Fax the last time something good happended to the Wisps was when we won the Marble League
@@lyinarbaeldeth2456 At this point, I'm not sure another roster change could save the Wisps. They might just have to retire from M1 completely. And I'm saying that as a fan of theirs since the 2018 ML.
Yeah-- this season has been a disappointment for sure. If the Wisps fail to qualify for ML22 (and I REALLY hope they do qualify), I think their time in M1 will be over, at least in the short term. They have just been consistently poor in both qualifiers and in the races. Maybe it's time for Wespy and Waspy to go on the track if they somehow get invited to M1 S4.
WHAT A COMEBACK BY ORANGIN!!!!!!!!!!!! From 11th, to pretty much dead last, to all the way up to 6th!! What a battle!!!! So proud of that marble!! #GOOOOOOOOOOOOORANGERS!!!!!!!!!!
Well done O'rangers! Good race 🏎!. Congratulations Iceberg
Such a close race. So many lead changes. It kept me on the edge of my seat
I'm a mediocre shining swarm fan and not a galactics fan but this race makes me mad. It's hard to watch it til the end. I feel like it was the wrong decision to keep it going like this. It was completely unfair
Love that Minty fresh just keept trolling Mimo and Iceberg (maybe should have been a red flag tbh)
Great race by Mallard, the Ducks have performed great in the second half of the season.
As a Minty Maniacs fan, I’m just glad we impacted the front of the race
Oh, eat a marble.
Sincerely, Team Galactic xD
Finally a fellow minty fan
As a Team Momo fan, thank you
There was some spectacular blocking going on. Minty Fresh was in full "zero effs given" mode.
@@irisblue2332 And he had zero chill, he just was a impacter
The comments be like:
"My team did good so I don't care about that first lap or how bad the 4-way split was."
"With a marble not only getting stuck but the safety marble being unable to deploy, that should have resulted in an immediate restart and the 4-way split examined for issues."
Rapidly sure was in S2 "Crapidly" form today. I knew keeping him on for this season was a mistake for the Savage Speeders.
Safety marble not working? Just let a few of the pole sitters sacrifice their race and title hopes instead!
What could’ve been a great race feels sour. Cosmo worked into second just to make direct contact with a stuck marble and get swallowed by the field. Galactic’s hope at chasing the title totally ruined by that. Devastating.
What’s worse is that now Galactic can’t win and fans don’t even get to look forward to ML because they didn’t qualify. Gutting. Really needed a red flag there in fairness to the competitors and the stakes.
Didn't care + didn't ask safety marbles are terrible
What a spectacular race! Loved every second of it
I'm little surprised this wasn't done as a night setting, like the previous season.
Orangin managing to claw his way back to 6th was a nice hidden story here I would think
And damn Minty, get outa the way!
just to break the immersion for a little bit, this was genuinely unfair. and not even from a "lol the marbles are alive" perspective. it was really in jelle's best interests to redo the race instead of punishing the leading marbles for no discernable reason. "too time consuming to restart" is NOT an excuse-- it was literally lap 1. two teams (and their fans) got completely screwed over-- even robbing one team of a chance at the championship-- due to an objectively dumb decision. and I'm saying this as a fan of this channel.
in my opinion, this race should be rerun from the beginning (not "should've"; SHOULD.), and the rules regarding "yellow" and "red" flags should be permanently redefined, for the sake of fairness.
but we all know that won't happen, and we'll continue as if this screw-up never happened. lol.
All hail the algorithm gods and almighty dollar. Get the viewers riled up arguing with each other. Rack up extra views as everyone goes back to rewatch over and over again. It's not like these are actually aired live. All prerecorded. They could have easily reracked and started from the beginning and never aired this mess. Marketing, pure and simple.
I agree that this should have been stopped in the moment and just restarted from lap 0. Not sure I agree that it should now be rerun. I think they made their bed now they gotta lay in it. But an acknowledgement of wrongdoing would go a long way.
I also don't think they intentionally flubbed it fir extra controversy. It's easy to see how stuff like this turns more fans off long them than any short term benefit from extra views
@@TrailsVonMudder I agree, even just an acknowledgement and/or apology would suffice. but knowing the precedent of JMR's history, they _never_ do that. probably to keep up a sort of perfect image. it's a bit ridiculous.
also, I don't believe that they made this mistake intentionally to reap benefits from it whatsoever. I don't know how you jumped to the conclusion that I thought this.
@@jclkaytwo no sorry I was replying to both you and the guy who replied to you in the same comment, sorry for the confusion. The other guy is the one spouting claims that this was intentional.
Yeah, i don't have confidence in an apology or acknowledgement. I just hope in the future this doesn't happen again.
@@TrailsVonMudder oh whoops, my bad. in that regard, I agree with everything you said.

@@TComms05 IT ABSOLUTELY DID!!! Now we even have a shot at the 3rd step of the podium! Gotta bring it home next race
@@brianhall4182 I'd also argue they got their revenge over the Glaciers for stealing their bronze overall from the marble league but that's just me being petty at this point
That spirit from Mallard to climb the table and fight for that podium position
Love this track! That shot coming out of the tunnel is straight out of F1 racing. You guys really need to put more shots in like that throughout the other tracks. This season of racing has been AMAZING.
HOLY ****! I believed for the entire season but damn, Mimo saved the best for the last. That battle for 1st was incredible!
Unfortunately, it seems that Rapidly is holding the Savage Speeders back. Could we give another member of Savage Speeders take their place?
Maybe a replacement will be on tge talks in the off season.

This race was monumental for the O'Rangers! Starting in 11th, falling to 19th, and finishing 6th. And compare that result against the Crazy Cats Eyes.
I think we have MB1 in the bag.
Cats are faltering under pressure late in the season, they're doing the signature O'rangers tactic!
Yellow eye is CCE's worst, and Orangin is the O's best. With only 10 points behind, CCE has a great chance to take it back.
Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Red Eye is a monster on any M1 track and can give our Orangers a run for their money in the final race.
Tbh, this was better than today's French GP! My two favourite teams are up for the championship (in order of preference). I was picturing disaster for Orangin but it turned out that my other marble was the bigger disappointment :(
As ever, Jelle & team have created a stunning course plus surrounding areas, and a very interesting race! Thank you, folks, your hard work is *very* much appreciated!
Great race as always, JMR !!!
I honestly can't believe they didn't restart the race when the safety marble wasn't deployed. The event completely screwed multiple clear leaders over and took Galactic out of the running for the series. Completely unfair for everyone affected.
This wasn't "fresh"
I understand the frustration but there was likely a problem with release mechanism, and Minty Fresh was released anyway on Lap 2.
@@eliezersmarbleraces3137 2:18 Yes, it was stated that there was a gate malfunction near the end of Lap 1.
Yes, but the problem here still stands that Minty Fresh wasn’t released by the safety marble, but the other competitors.
As a result, those competitors lost spots due to the collision.
For me, I think that warrants some frustration, especially for fans of those marbles affected.
Yellow Eye seems to have a bad habit of losing steam (and several positions) toward the end of each race, something I hope they’ll correct in the future.
Needs more endurance training imo.
Turns out Team Momo have a secret team member - Masi (in the race director's chair).
'It's called a marble race Toto'
That's how to rally Ducks! 👏 Really coming up in these last few races. QuackAttack!
There really needs to be some consistent rules about yellow flags. If a yellow flag occurs, the safety marble should/needs to be deployed. Since the safety marble failed to be deployed, it should have immediately been a red flag at that point and the race restarted. It's not up to the racers to dislodge other competitors from being stuck but that's exactly what happened and as a result, those in the lead at the beginning lost all their momentum and couldn't recover from it. Worse, it meant that minty fresh was always in the front of the pack and causing problems for the leaders. Shining Swarm, Chocolaters, and others affected by Minty Fresh being on the track should boycott the last race in protest. Totally unacceptable.
All the teams have to do the final race, and I personally don't like this because unless a marble never gets dislodged than a red flag could be waved.
@@eliezersmarbleraces3137 All the teams don't have to do the final race especially when an injustice such as this happened. In any other kind of racing event, if there is a hazard on the track, then the race is cautioned until the obstruction is removed or stopped completely if said obstruction cannot be removed in a timely fashion. The fact that race officials were going to send the safety marble and it failed to go indicates that the obstruction was deemed worthy of removal from the track not only for Minty Fresh's safety but the safety of all other competitors. As soon as there was an error with the safety marble, the red flag should have been immediately put down and the race either restarted or kept on the same lap but with every marble starting in the position they last were in. This is a fault not only in the track design but also in race officiating and risked the safety of the competitors. Not only did the leaders crash into Minty Fresh, it also meant those behind them could have also slammed into them risking serious injury.
@@dashkataey1740 But they are all meant to do the final race even with controversy, they cannot boycott the last race.
Rapidly needs to be dropped from the next season of Marbula 1
Thanks for the video. I enjoyed it.
As soon as Orangin dropped to the back, I was just thinking, "Please gain some spots so that the point differential isn't too great." Not only did Orangin do that, but they even passed Yellow Eye by many places! Not the prettiest race, but that gets the job done pretty well! Let's GOOOOOOOOOOORANGERS!
The determination, resilience, and resolve shown by Orangin today was nothing short of remarkable. He saved O’Rangers season with that performance. What. A. Marble.
What a track! And unfortunately CCE and the home team, MW couldn't have a good day... #eyesontheprize We'll get them next time, we're still not too far back. One race left, we can def gain 7 points for the marble title and 11 for the team battle. Let's get it done CCE!
O'rangers for life.
And also, please kick Yellow Eye off the M1 team. He does not deserve to be back on next season after choking away the lead in the teams title race.
CCE almost got stuck in the same spot as minty and never recovered. Not a fan of these weird lanes on turns.
@@NEPAAlchey i suggest watching racing marbles league (that's the name), they likely inspired those corners and do them much better. In general I like those turns but in general they haven't been great in marbula 1
At last team Galactic makes a good start and.... oh... yeah too good to be true.
What a duell!! Great racing from Mimo!
Even though the Ducks can't win anymore, can we just appreciate the effort they've been putting in during this second half? They were consistently finishing around 15th but after the break they've been constantly top 5.
they can still sneak into 3rd overall if things go a certain way next week. it's unlikely but it is possible.
I am speechless! I don’t know how but the three teams that I like the most all landed on the podium! Today is a great day!
After the minty maniacs DNF
This ain't a marble race this is a game of tag
Not exactly Fresh's fault for a track failure and a failure to deploy the safety marble.
I was ready another Team Momo collapse from the front of the field to the back, but instead, we got a lucky break with the safety car issue and an incredible performance by Mimo! Great race by Iceberg, too, and also a very good day for the track. It’s hard not for me to be biased today, but I do think this track keeps the field close while offering good passing opportunities. The race organizers deserve a hand for that.
