I play her videos at home, I listen to her when I drive… I can’t get enough. She is truly sensational.

Born and raised in Oslo, Norway; this world-renowned singer has earned fantastic reviews for the amazing breadth, depth and maturity of her vocal talent that simply belies her young age.
Angelina’s videos have received over 1 billion views on CZcams and almost 2,5 billion views on Facebook.
Amazingly, her passion for music began at just one-and- a-half years of age when Angelina first saw Whitney Houston on CZcams performing I Will Always Love You. Whitney - and later Billie Holiday, Dinah Washington - became her first major musical influences.
At the age of seven, Angelina auditioned for Norway’s Got Talent performing Billie Holiday’s Gloomy Sunday. She won the competition with the show drawing record TV audiences.

This multi-talented singing prodigy has also written a successful, illustrated children’s book in her native Norway making Angelina the youngest published author in the country’s history.
Based on the true story of when she was six years old, Angelina met a homeless, shoeless girl. After they talked for a long time, she gave the girl her shoes and vowed never to appear on stage again wearing shoes until all the world’s children had them. Since that time, Angelina has always performed barefoot in public.

Angelina purposely plays with the tempo, and I absolutely love it. She pulls at it giving it that jazzy feel. She works that into the arrangement. She is a master at word phrasing and stretching tempo. ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
Don't compromise your comments if you feel you are right! I am not a trained musician or vocalist and can't sing to save my life, if Angelina was out of tempo I would never know it. Most people love wines, and while most wines are good, few people have trained their palate to understand the subtle differences that distinguish a good wine from a great wine. Most of us just know whether we like it or not but mostly based on the broadest of flavors. I really enjoy Angelina's renditions, and whether technically flawed they evoke a strong emotion or demand attention. She is not great given her age, she is great regardless, because at any age it is hard to capture the attention and emotions of the songs like she does. It is like Howe Mandel said in AGT, she is hypnotic! So who care if you find a technical flaw, when those imperfections make the song human and the resulting effect on the listener is captivating. I think that while pointing the minor flaws, you can also point out the technical qualities that uplift the song.

Astounding achievement. Child walks in to studio, transforms into adult singer. Nails it. But note that in later performances of this song she has toned down those hard phrases. "Your mine, your mine....." Clearly not healthy for voice. Good she is learning that, not risking vocal cords..
If you note right at the end of this version she swallows and holds her chin. I think she may have hurt herself. I think this will be a one off.
Even people who've seen her before were shocked by this one.

Her backing band deserves a shout out, because you can tell they're adding fuel to the fire and bringing out the best in Angelina. The piano player is on point and that's a great sax solo.

I want to say that your past reaction to Angelina's Born to Die was a little surprising...BUT...other people like yourself who reacted to her cover also noticed a hiccup in the tempo much like you did. I did not hear it...BUT...I am not a musician, so I would not be as aware of things like that as you are. So, in hindsight, I would say your comment was accurate, and that you probably did not mean to criticize her performance harshly. It would not be good for you to withhold your reaction to her other performances based on the negative feedback you received. She is obviously very talented, and this performance, I Put a Spell on You, is classic. At the age of 10 she certainly delivered a stunning show of emotion for this song...more than almost any other performer I have heard. She adapts her voice to the particular song she is singing, and this performance is one of her strongest. So, I enjoyed your reaction, and I hope you react to her other performances...
I think she must have learned this song by listening to Screaming Jay Hawkins' version, it is similar in style.

Her little "mistakes" is what makes her believable. She is a child...not a machine. A mispronounced word...a missed beat....who cares? It can't be easy singing in a different language.
Your channel says you’re a jazz singer, you can say anything, but you might begin your comments with, to me it seemed …., I felt ….., making them your observations and options, rather than she was …. Which sounds like an attack to some. You can see she has a huge very loyal fan base who unfortunately will attack you to defend their little girl who’s growing up before our eyes. You don't need theme music behind your words to legitimise what you have to say. It is interesting in its own right but sounds actually less authentic and heartfelt with the droning muzak. IMHO.
