Soya chunks -1.5 cups
Carrot -1/4 cup
Green peas -1/4 cup
Onion - 4
Tomatoes - 2
Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder
Mint leaves
Curd - 4 tbsp (plain)
Ghee -1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Food colour (yellow/red) - 1 pinch (optional)
Saffron (kesar)- 2 inch (soaked in milk)
Green chilli -2

Hello Kabita.... I tried this at home with just soya chunks and it turned out really Yummy. Absolutely loved it and this now gonna be one of those dish that we will enjoy during every weekend ❤

I made this biryani today for dinner but i used maggi masala instead of biryani masala 😂
And didn't used so many vegtable and still it was very very tasty . The taste was at another level 😊 so thanku for this amazing recipe.
