I used a copper alloy type of pipe , i think it is called kunniper but maybe not , which bends really nicely and is less prone to corrosion .

I hope you guys are still reading this I just bought a NOS American made Ridgid 456 tri bender like yours in the video I have some steel line I need to make for a customers boat and has to have 90s in it , With 5/16 steel line I put it in and carefully bend the radius for the 90 and it kinks the pipe and bends it out of destortion why? Its brand new and never been used in the original box. I have bent ttubing but this style if my first

is it ok to use aluminum fittings on stainless steel hard line?

Although it is preferred to use steel or stainless steel fittings on stainless brake lines in some cases aluminum can be used when the stainless or steel fittings are not available.

I must have a crappy tool because the first time I tried using it on 5/16 I could not get a 90 without it kinking! 🤬
