Hi, is employment letter important. Can’t someone just provide payslip? Or contract of employment without having a manager writing a letter?

if we apply for Greece Schengen visa, will the dates already mentioned the visa when we we have to enter and exit? means if I write in cover letter that we will come on 10 and leave on 20, then can we come on 15th and leave on 25th on a month ? or can we make such small changes

we went to greece in 2000 an say for 9 days we got off the plane an just walk right in no inspection at all they did not stamp our passport had no visa also we had a very good time i fell in love with the country people are friendly but watch out for pickpocked it big time there we luck out
