  • The Dulles Airport main terminal was designed by Finnish architect Eero Saarinen in 1958.
See how Archicad's Morph Tool and Curtain Wall Tool make modeling of these organic forms easy and fun.
We also demonstrate the Tagging and Labeling with IFC properties for AEC communication and Quantity Take-offs which is possible and inevitable in a BIM model.

Maciej, you are absolutely right! One should cut this video in smaller pieces, play it slower and give some comment. I have seen a lot of great tricks but I couldn't capture them, even after a 'rewind'.

I understand how the morph slab is created on the floor here (that you extrude up to coat the vertical surface.) but how do you create the vertical morph in the first place? I don't understand how this part was done?

please try to optimise the solid element operations...or/and maybe make the trim to roof function work on every element(column, shell, wall...etc)...tried it on a spiral like project with some more solid element operations and it worked so slow to the point of crashing and my laptop is a preety decent dell. Otherwise it is preety nice program i like it A LOT and you can work really fast in it.

Why don't you post some videos like this one with short comment and slowly shown how to use some of this magnificent options? or just slowly shown? i'm architecture student and i want place very complicated curtain walls into my project but i cant find any good tutorials how to edit it, i think it will be great form of learning if we could see those tools used in extraordinary way by some experienced proffesional in real project... Greetings! :)

+Naomi Azulay (Fliko087) Don't lose your time, nerves and potential on this crappy software. You can do all of this in other software ways and ways easier.
      It's creativity eater.
