if you were printing these regularly, I would suggest a 3d printed form to pull the glove over, and have a raised part to keep the bottom of the glove off the table, then you secure the form to your table and print one after another.

Hi Jay, thanks for the very informative videos on uv printing . I know you made a video on a dedicated golf ball printer, but I'm wondering can the printer featured here ( the ZZ1S?), print golf balls? using different ink obviously.

How difficult is it to switch over a printer from hard ink to soft ink?
And would you consider soft ink a universal ink for all surfaces? Or what is the distinct advantage of using one over the other and which one would you use if you only wanted to load your machine with one type of ink?

What happens if you print the soft ink on metal or lets say other hard surfaces like golfballs. If it dosnt adhere nicely , can one maybe give it a varnish coat to make it durable?
It will adhere just not as well
You could place the gloves with the fingers facing outside and print the image 180 degrees.

What is the maximum print area size for that printer and does it have a vacuum table?
We offer a 6090 that is almost 24x36 inches

You can on paper sure also there is soft gloss

Agree but that is how the calipers read haha also the graphic design software but as a previous carpenter I completely understand this 😄
