    awesome, I would say still goes hand in hand with the structure of : 1. What are you going to talk about, 2. do the talk, 3. recap what you spoke of.
    so with this structure I'd merge them:,
    1. define the problem, (the what you going to talk about),
    2. Talk (The solution - the talk),
    3. recap, bringing what you said you will talk about from #1, the problem they have back to what you spoke about, how you solved their problem. -> result VALUE for the time they spend coming to listen.
