Simple GHANAIAN CHICKEN LIGHT SOUP with carrot | Chicken Pepper soup | How to

Happy New Year !Chicken light soup is a favorite in Ghana and very much enjoyed on special occasions. In today’s recipe I share with you a simple yet tasty one. I steam the meat with some aromatics which adds a lot of flavor to the overall soup. Soups are mostly enjoyed with a starch called fufu. I hope you enjoy this recipe and find it helpful. Ingredients:
Hen
2 tomatoes (fresh)
2 oz tomato paste
2 carrots
1 large onion
1/4 fennel
Few leaves basil
1 tsp fennel seeds or Aniseed
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cloves garlic
2 thumb size ginger
