I'm glad to see that people are finally starting to develop Jacksonville into the mega metropolis it should be.
It's aways been a megalopolis, there's just nothing to do fun that won't end up in a possible arrest for dui...

Very nice, I love Jacksonville, the river and beauty of downtown should be developed great youre doing so
That’s my boy
Do you all have any plans for the Kings Rd Corridor in the urban core? It is in dire need but seems not to be on any list for redevelopment.
could you do a drone video on the progress of the rivers edge project?

Dude yes
Thanks for the information! New to the area and so surprised that in 2022, the city is just starting to build up the downtown area. I came from a city that it’s residents felt was “behind/slow”, but several years ago our downtown went through a major overhaul and now there’s so much to do and all within walking distance. I’m excited for Jacksonville and looking forward to it’s downtown overhaul. I’m sure it will be great!
No it's nothing new they've been building up downtown for at least the last 15 years.

Moving to Jax soon, ima bring the sauce and turn that shit all the way up
You’re going to hate it!!
@@GodWillMusic Not true, I just moved here and love it! Who cannot love average 70 degree weather year round and beaches. The St. Johns Town center is amazing too
As a lifelong resident of this town for 53 years, I don't miss the days of the church outside the coliseum telling me I was going to hell for watching a rock band. We still have remnants of movie production studios.. Wanna know why they left?
The southern baptists have stifled this town for too long.

Any plans for the homeless in that area?
All the homeless is on the north and Westside, the bus station and Springfield. If you see one just call jso.
At least you're building something, but all you've got for entertainment is a small bar, and still no home ownership opertunities in those projects. Nobody is dumb or rich enough to rent anymore
Dead downtown still
No downtown isnt dead, four points Avondale and San Marco rocks.
