    Move the jail to Arlington, and replace the Matthew's Bridge

    Love how Jacksonville makes projects and still never fix there poor neglected roads and sewer system and floods in known places my whole life 👏👏👏 👍👍👍 just saying

      The Emerald Trail is a project that's going to help mitigate flooding prone neighborhoods. Also projects to improve the city sewer and infrastructure have started late last year in areas like the North and Westside. The only area that isn't really seeing much help with the flooding situation is San Marco and areas around the Trout River
