I’ve literally have seen 100’s of Get Back lessons and covers and none come to the level of accuracy as you have covered. Thank you Mike for always achieving the level of detail that no one else seems to attain. As I’ve just purchased a keyboard I wish you did some of the keyboard songs as well, like Let it Be, Long snd Winding Road and Hey Jude.

I played this song for over ten years on drums and bass, and I still feel I never nailed it. They really had their own touch, but for me, Mike Pachelli has the deepest, closest and most enjoyable Beatles analysis on the Internet.

For me, the rooftop gig was the greatest moment in music history. The Beatles were on fire at that time, every song is a banger. Particularly John, but all of them really and Billy.
As always a great video. I can only tell you so many times how much I appreciate these Beatles videos.
    Thanks!

A lot of beatle fan don't know John can play great riffs on guitar and always thought George is the brain child of all lead guitar parts. These guys are a combination of excellent talents put together like planets who aligned in the universe. They were match made in heaven. Kudos to you Mike for showing us how the Beatles made this great rock anthem in the movie Let It Be!

John was such a special guitar player. An inventor who excelled mainly at playing HIS own original material - HIS way. I saw an interview where he admitted to being incapable of jamming with a group of all-stars like Clapton, George, Jeff Lynne, Jeff Beck on a cover song. He said it like it meant he was a lesser guitarist, but in my opinion, John's self-styled/self written inventiveness is a tremendous way to be.

Just like Lynn & Harrison, John is not a guitar player; but they are all great songwriters with a guitar. I prefer a songwriter any day now. There are only a few guitar players who can actually pen a song, Clapton & Beck are not included, but they are guitar gods. No doubt.

I'm 63 years old and I finally get to learn what was going on. Sadly my hands don't work like they use to. So, Thank You.

I am always amazed by the detail for every Beatles song you do. I have been a Beatles fan since I was 12, now I'm 71 this is the best I've ever heard. Keep in going Mike. Love from Bristol England. As a footnote the Beatles played at my local theater. I didn't have the money to get in see them. Which was about 50p back then. Or half a Pound note. But I listened to them outside the stage door and they sounded great.

Living in N.Y, in early 69, the number 1 FM radio channel advertised that the new release of a Beatles record would be played soon, then after a few weeks of the hype they played it , so everyone with a tape recorder waited , sat with their fingers on the record button, unfortunately the radio channel was only allowed to play the 45 if the record was stopped for a second or so in the middle stating a promotion copy do not copy, to this day my mind hears that pause...lol

Whenever the song caught me off guard, it appeared in a television report or an advertisement, there was a noise or pattern that stayed stuck in my head and made it strange and unique: ITS BASS. McCartney's simplest bass, surely, 2 notes repeated that give the personality and hypnotic power of the song. The secret is the BASS.
When less is more its genius.
