    If you are after an alternator that makes even more amps and should bolt in with little modifications one from a Chevy ls motor will work just have to wire it up correctly and slot the adjustment bracket.

    Hey bro appreciate you taking your time to make this video good question would the Kia Sportage matches up with the Mazda b22 f2 cylinder head

    • @fe3wiki466
      @fe3wiki466  Před 2 lety +1

      No, there completely different. Its the head of the fe3 that makes it special. It has above average flow compared to other 2 litre engines. I have seen a fe3 head put onto a 2.2 Block but it was a very very expensive excersize and didnt end up working all that great.

    If you want to add better brakes to slow your B2200 down after adding all that power, and convert to 5 lug Ford bolt pattern for better aftermarket wheel/tire options Check these out!:

    Can you clarify the clutch parts again? Throw out bearing, pressure plate, clutch disc and fly wheel can all be Kia?

    • @fe3wiki466
      @fe3wiki466  Před 2 lety

      Okay so Friction disc must match your spline on your gearbox, so will either be 7/8" ot 1"(bell housing is removeable like mine) mazda/ford shaft depending on box. Check its OD will fit to the friction area of your clutch. Mine was 225mm so needed B2200/B2600i friction fisc.
      Pressure plate must be the one that matches the flywheel. Unless you want to mess with thicknesses, offsets, and redrilling the plate to match the flywheel.
      Release bearing can be either as they are identical as far as i could tell. Fork is the one that matches your box and slave. Pilot bearing in my case was stock manual kia as they both were the same.
      I used a full kia sportage manual kit + flywheel, and swapped only the friction disc to match my gearbox.
