I had to go off ELO, cold turkey. Yeah I was addicted and I Blame You Rosie. It got so bad I'd wake up in the middle of night and I'd hear violin, I look for but I couldn't find it, it was in my head. All I can say is, Don't Bring Me Down.

I cannot help but see a truly unusual and equally refreshing humility on the part of a "visible" and gifted person like you in the fact that you have replied to so many people who have posted messages about the video in this page (never seen that before!). You have to be commended for that. At first sight, it objectively reveals a simplicity and candor that is generally observed in particularly evolved people who have an innate ability to question themselves, that being an unescapable condition for always moving forward and surpassing one's self. I have also discovered you as I was watching the fabulous ELO Wembley concert (I love the way you play the violon intro of "Livin' Thing": such a racy, agile and highly nuanced execution; you really nailed that theme). I will refrain from talking about that very discreet and subtle touch of glitter appearing next to the corner of your eyes, which forms a perfect complement to your harmonious facial features and radiant smile, as this is not the purpose of this message, and anyways, I simply wouldn't be able to find the words to even begin to describe its transcendency... Oh, and yes, I love your rendition of this Bob Dylan's classic. You're quite the musician (and the singer, as it happens). Sincere thanks for sharing your profound artistry and beauty (in the philosophical sense, that is, which could be described as a manifestation of sheer human truth and authenticity that is simply irresistible [I am paraphrasing Plato here; not everybody knows that this definition of beauty indeed comes from him and that is is therefore much more than a cliché]). Fantastic interpretation ! Love the way the arrangement and orchestration brings out colours and textures that were so underplayed in the original. I often think that Bob Dylan's recordings were so rushed and rudimentary they didn't really do the song justice. This redresses the balance - I'd love to hear you do other classic songs in this dreamy style.
