The instrument you are talking about is called "shvi". The shvi is an Armenian fipple flute with a labium mouth piece.

This is inspired by greatest Armenian cinematographist Paradjanov whose 100th anniversary was celebrated internationally. Paradjanov himself was inspired by medival Armenian musician (ashiq) Sayat Nova who also did cultural mixes in his music (Armenian-Geaorgian-Persian-Albanian music(Caucasian Albania))

J - is pronounced as Y in many European countries. My name is with J but I don’t call myself Jana but Yana. So there can be confusion. Either way later in the video I gave both pronunciations.

We don't care for victory, that's not the point. Its about showing up, being genuine and enjoying the moment. As to your question about low ratings, two reasons - one you mentioned yourself the other this duo is not just professional, but also romantic. Metaphorically it represents ❤ between Armenia and France and is seen as a threat by Russia and her Islamist branch in Azerbaijan, both eyeing Armenia as a target for their next joint invasion. Whilst Armenia is looking to join the EU. You could argue freedom Jacklyn sings about is not merely personal 😊 Both R and A are heavily into tyranny, troll fabrics and messing up with public attitudes and sentiments. If they could secure a term for a deranged Trump, imagine what they do elsewhere. 😂 I have seen a lot of hate and bullying and heard of several bribery scandals involving among other Eurovision votes for the both. These ppl are insane and will go to unimaginable lengths to hijack public opinion in any way possible to harm you as much as they can. But anyways as i said, we don't give a S. When they hiss behind your back its because you're way ahead of them 😂🎉

Nothing to do with Armenian music ! She invented things and her performance is ZERO.! We have much better and talanted vocalists in Armenia. She is NOT from my country, she lives in France. Could please inform her to STOP it ! For instance, we would prefer to see Elena Yerevan,a very famous and beloved singer guitarist .
