This video starts with Lou showing the carnage sustained to 2021 Rzr Xp 1000 at Windrock. he thought it was going to be a simple fix at in his Far Offroad shop, but it turned out to be more carnage than we expected. He ended up getting a geared reverse complete transmission from SuperAtv. He ordered it pre-installed with gear reduction. After Lou got that installed, some of the group heads down to southern Indiana to visit with Crash City Off-road. They specialize in gear reduction and have developed clutch kit specifically designed for machines with gear reduction. It only made sense to bring Lou's machine down there and let the experts look at it.

The gears are tapered on one end.

The factory clutches are not made in China. They are die cast in Detroit Lakes MN. And assembled in Bagley MN.
