@Adarsha - Unfortunately there is no structured Paramedical environment in India or professionalism around it as well. For example, any driver can drive an ambulance in India. However one needs a Bachelor in Paramedicine to drive an Ambulance in Australia. In some other countries a Diploma in Paramedicine. I hope one day India can focus on such basic needs as emergency healthcare infrastructure. At the moment caste/religion is the priority in India for governments under power. No use of being the 5'th largest economy when the money goes somewhere else and not in infrastructure. The person in this video is called a communications officer. when people dial 000 they talk to a similar person and they coordinate ambulance/police/fire services. In India, every highway has its own emergency number and there is no centralized one. We all Indians need to acknowledge our areas of lacking before we can improve them. This person's service in India's 100/101/102 call center will be nothing beyond a corona warrior status. I wanted to be a paramedic in India, but unfortunately, there is no career in India around it. Search Paramedic in Naukri.com and you will find mostly Nurse jobs under the Title of Paramedic.
