Fyi, most of the cast in the Slow Dancing MV are LGBTQI, if you get time look them up. Just saying. 🌈. The obligatory 'girl' part in the lyric keeps the company happy. Noticed how he did not 'slow dance' with any 'girl'? Also of interest, the company Hybe didn't allow him to publish 2 more songs which were supposed to have been a part of the album. They were titled "Sinner" & "Your Eyes Tell". So yeah I would say that your intuition about the vibe of this MV is fairly accurate. Love is love 💕.

The whole theme of the album is about “longing” which we all can relate to at one time or another n our lives. I am glad he stayed true to himself and not go with what is viral at the moment. I love him more for that.

Kim Taehyung broke all the stereo types of a Kpop artist. Very true and sincere to his songs, he really slayed all the songs in all his live performances.
I think it seems like he is trying to create an ideal world where he can be with his lover, make it right so that they can be together, but in the end it's just a fantasy he created and not real life.
So Dancing definitely felt a little bit *wink*. I loved it, it's beautiful, liberating and carefree.
I listened to all the songs this morning. It was really soothing. Caution, if you are going through a heartbreak...this will make you cry.
But it was a cool slow jam, easy in the ears.
The polaroid (if you look carefully, in the pic it's all him) (unless my eyes are deceiving me) made me think that all this stuff is just in his head, or like he's created his own little world. I hope I made sense. I loved it, the MV and the song. I love the album as a whole. It was soothing and just chill.

The entire album is a vibe.
This album is simply gorgeous. His voice is perfect for this r&b vibe. It's truly a feast for the ears while the music videos are a feast for the eyes (thanks in no small part to his insane good looks) but also the editing, the cinematography, overall aesthetic, etc. No skips on this EP.

omg the minor chords at the end instrumental (For us) are beautiful (minor notes are my favorite in songs) and each time that minor chord is played it reminds me of the beautiful music/chords in Eastwood's Bridges of Madison County movie (excellent true story movie)

I am in absolute love with this album. After the first time I heard it start to finish it last night I was speechless. I think even with the word 'girl' used it's used loosely because of how strong the video was speaking with images, they balanced it out. I think Taehyung said during the flute and piano breakdown is going to be 'freestyle'' dance and I cannot wait. Always love your videos and CONGRATULATIONS ON GETTING YOUR JOB!!!

loved your review. what i got from the video is tae is creating his idyllic world. my "proof" is the polaroid he took was all images of himself instead of his friends, he has a for lack of a better word, "lab" where he's creating the world and the scene where he is dancing in the lab and its showing that computer generated picture of him the dance moves. then it intercuts with actual scenes of him dancing the same kind of moves he was doing in his lab. so maybe all the friends in the video are different sides of himself? i have no idea, but its beautiful and such a vibe. love the whole album
I love you being so caught up in the gay coating of the video that you actually miss what the actual story of the video (and I mean that in the best way) when I say I love it, I mean I actually love it cuz the story is he's obviously still sad from rainy days. He's envious and wants friends and the scenarios made up in his head like he takes the picture with his friends and if you look at the Polaroid they're all him there's a model of the road that he's driving down all these scenarios are made up in his head because he's lonely. He's a scientist making models like he was in rainy days and at the end you see the van that he was in drive by his apartment while he's sitting there with Tan but his fantasy or friends could also be queercoded both can be true at the same at the same time

@@rubbingminds Queer encompasses all the other LGBTQIA+ community, gay and lesbian are two extremes on the sexuality spectrum but there are many things in-between and outside of it. But the video clearly shows these are all parts of himself. There is masculinity and femininity in everyone, so having both men and women there only makes sense because they're all aspects of himself.
I love the album as a whole - I thought Love Me Again & Rainy Days were ok, but didn't really grab me & weren't quite as jazzy as I'd hoped his album would be, so I was a bit worried I wasn't going to enjoy it as much, despite it being the solo work I was most interested in & looking forward to. But the other tracks def make up for that- loving the jazzy flute/piano breaks in Slow Dancing, and For Us is my favourite - but why did it make me cry watching this? This whole album is a masterpiece! Not even one piece of pop corn on that album, so refreshing! Tae's creativity is on another level. You don't come across concepts like that, music like that, and voice like that in pop industry often at all. Each time I listen to his songs I get something different out of them. This is the kind of music that may not have the immediate mass appeal but actually has staying power.🎉🎉🎉

Yes! I think you overanalyzed the MV a little, I didn't quite see what you saw but it was hilarious.....so please don't stop with all that shipping etc..

@TaeTae-yq3ef I actually don't mind if he is either or. None of us know anything. That is what I was trying to express, maybe in a clumsy way - sorry if I had offended you in anyway. I was just trying to say that I find what Landon is saying really funny. And, I love that he says what he means and what he experienced in the MV. And, because he is such a good entertainer it is hilarious to watch. Landon, himself, asked in his video if he was reading to much into it, so that was the question I was answering. I don't see what he sees, but neither of us are in the wrong - it is just speculations, and I find that funny and entertaining. So to clarify - perhaps Tae and the MV is queer?!, I don't know - perhaps?, But I don't see it. And, sorry if my opinion offended you in anyway.
@TaeTae-yq3ef Where is that same energy for the people in the comments who are saying it like it's a proven fact he is gay (they refuse to consider he could like women be it het or bi) and very clearly would not accept if he isn't? You're right we don't know him personally but that doesn't stop so many here in these comments from speaking as if they do and get angry when someone disagrees.
I don't see it either but then again so many seem to love to over analyze everything Tae does, overemphasizing some things while totally ignoring or downplaying others.

He is talking about that he thought it looked like some of the guys where about to kiss..... that was what I meant by my statement.
