It’s soooo crazy. I been seeing her float around for a while but I just started paying attention to her within these past couple months. But this past Friday in a live I didn’t like the way she spoke and she mentioned something about hoping the people that “still believe in men” ate the food from the restaurant in Houston where the man just got arrested for indecency with the food. It's called discernment and having critical thinking skills. It is hated in spaces and societies where idolization, consumerism and submission are the norm. The difference is that black women do not benefit from any of these things AT ALL. For example, black men under patriarchy are gifted patriarchal entitlement and audacity. Everyone else benefits in some capacity even if it's in ego and pandering only. We are expected to be used as a resource for others even by narcissistic supply. When that is not there, their hierarchies are in the most trouble because we are the base of it. I detached after observing some of the behavior. I stayed subscribed to B Taylor because I sensed something more from her (authenticity wise).
I see my life is better being alone in my Aloneness. I protect my peace. Detaching from any person place or thing no longer for my good is an experience that I NEVER WANT TO EXPERIENCE EVER AGAIN. It's been 5 years. I am much better than I was.
