Pharmacist here, unless you have pernicious anemia, it is not necessary to get B12 shots. Just take the oral supplements. If it helps you loose weight, more power to you but B12 is water soluble and these excessive amounts will be peed out anyway so let’s not get carried away with these shots. I have a lot of customers who think B12 is the answer to their weight loss journey but eating a healthy diet supersedes any medical intervention especially when one is not heavy enough for weight loss surgery. Getting an actual physical and some labs will assess whether or not it’s necessary but addressing an underlying endocrine issue like diabetes, early insulin resistance and the like may be responsible for the excess weight.
Please ladies, even surgery isn’t a great intervention if your diet still consists of Taki’s and margaritas. You just gain the weight back because your lifestyle has not changed. If you want to target a certain area, get your mommy make over but don’t go back to drinking 6 liters of soda a day and parking as close as possible as possible to avoid putting effort into your temple.
Lastly, get some exercise if you are physically capable. The ass you want might be damn near free if you get off of it. You don’t have to take out a loan to get off your ass and unless you live in extreme cold or extreme heat, you can take a walk and add distance as you get closer to your goals. Lift weights if you can. Don’t think one thing will change the lifestyle you’ve led that brought you to your current weight if you feel to heavy.
Not everyone is born with hourglass genetics so I fault no one who chooses to tweek their body before they twerk. These are only suggestions but keeping weight off is a lifelong journey like cultivating your intelligence. No one has ever gotten smarter from sitting around and learning nothing new.

I was in this EXACT situation as this girl over the weekend. I was shopping at the mall and I walked past a lady in line with one of those exaggerated BBLs. It was shocking! Not gonna lie. My first reaction was to sneak a photo to show my friends (not post online but still to obviously laugh at this lady). And before I took the photo I stopped myself. I had to ask myself, 1. Why am I doing this? 2. And who is this lady hurting by just existing? Regardless if she looked wild to me or not, that’s her body and her choice and it’s not ok for me to laugh at her. So I put the phone away and kept shopping. I had forgot all about that moment until this video popped up. This situation made me reflect on myself. Why are we so comfortable with poking fun at others? And why do we feel the need to record everything to share online with strangers for validation? What does that say about me? About us? I hope the young lady who made the video eventually realizes what she did was wrong. We’ve all done similar things. Maybe not going as far as recording people but we’ve pointed at people and laughed or gossiped about others to make us feel better about ourselves. That’s all it is. “Look at how crazy they look. At least I don’t look like THAT.” We have a lot of work to do as a society. I’ll start with myself ❤
Thank you for not taking her picture, further up I replied to somebody that back in the early 2000s I worked with a white lady who is shaped just like a lady this woman is picking on. We didn’t have BBLs back then and middle-aged white ladies weren’t signing up for them that was just how she was built. But as you mature & get older as a woman (depending on your exposure & experiences or even seeing certain situations unfold with other women) you come to this realization that being pretty for a man is just not enough. It means something but not everything as time goes on. If a man wants to be with a woman he can overlook certain things that seem so important to us women. Yep, according to every corporate training I’ve ever been in I can complain about sexual harassment if I see someone hitting on someone else, if I am bothered that someone is objectifying someone else I can complain to HR about sexual harassment.

I follow a popular bodybuilder on CZcams and even the Gym people/bodybuilders were disgusted with this woman. The reactions to these influencers doing this type of shenanigans have gotten worse in the past year (and for good reason) especially when we all just wanna get to the gym, get a good session in and not be bothered.

Well said. My sister has a natural BBl body, and she has friends that have gotten skinny BBl’s. Regardless of natural or not, they all put in work at the gym, and that’s all that matters. This lady needs to get to the root of her issue which is that she’s insecure. I notice a lot of these girlies who flex on being natural do it because they’re insecure that the non-natural girlies get attention over them, so they use the fact that they haven’t had work done as a one-up to hide the fact that they don’t feel like they are good enough by their own merit.

I've had a girl at the gym I tried to befriend be distant with me but follow me to different areas of the gym to do the same work outs. When she saw I was really good at pull ups she came right next to me to do pull ups and got mad when she couldn't do it. This is the type of girl that is a preference and she looks at you but doesn't say hi. We've talked only once or twice and she goes to the gym every day. She is older than me and she acts childish.

So she’s not there to hear the opinions of strangers, but went viral for being a stranger giving her unwanted opinion. She said all of that loud and proud and not a single alarm bell went off. Stuff like this is why I have a problem being friends with some women ( the mean girls). That lady was minding her own business at the gym . Through my own experiences, I know how it feels to be singled out by cliques or individuals. I've never been one to enjoy gossip because if someone is talking about someone else, they will also talk about you. I've just never felt like I've needed to tear someone else down to build myself up. I think there is enough room for everyone to shine and to be comfortable being themselves. There is no need to hate on anyone. We need to encourage each other. Build others up if anything. There is enough hate and discord in the world. No need to add to it.

@@MegTelevised I did 800 ibuprofen 😂it wasn’t enough(and it usually isn’t on the 1st day) had to do another one 3 hours later. Now I’m finally pain free and I feel like floating on a cloud lol. My period only lasts 3 days so thank God this is the only day I have this level of torture
