    My dad helped put the first flames out before the fire fighters got there! They got there in less than 10min! They did such a great job and if anyone is wondering, everybody got out safely thank God!

    I guess the first thing that should be taught firefighters is to CARE, instead of having that completely left out of their training. Why is water always the last thing to be applied?

    Why is it i the US it takes so long to get any water on to a fire? Seems that so much time is wasted to kill a blaze.

      It makes the "Job" more exciting to let the fire really take hold and the officers teach them everything but firefighting.

    Really enjoy watching LA firefighters do their thing. They are such pros. I always hear the term “transitional attack” from their commands. What does this mean?

    • @FB1ResponseVideos
      @FB1ResponseVideos Před 4 lety +1

      initiating fire attack from the exterior and transitioning into the interior (:

    • @CSAFD
      @CSAFD Před 4 lety

      Transitioning means two things
      Offensive attack (interior and things are going bad) to defensive attack (surround and drown) from a Mississippi firefighter

      It means something that 95% of USA departments don't do. It means, extinguish all Visible Burning Material to PROTECT victims and entering firefighters before you go inside to Play Hero.

    Why do the guys in LA use portables to get to the roof when they have those aerials? Saw a clip recently where the put the aerial to a fire escape, to get to a roof fire?

    • @DrLumpy
      @DrLumpy Před 2 lety

      Look at the video portions with the aerials. Then imagine using those huge, slow ladders to access a simple 2 story roof. The aerial is put to much better use squirting blue stuff on red stuff. The roof and ext ladders are faster, simpler to deploy.

    • @richardmeo2503
      @richardmeo2503 Před 2 lety

      @@DrLumpy We used aerials every operation in NYC. They were not slow like TL's, and safer to operate from than a portable. As for using them for master streams, you should have the first in units ladder the roof and the follow on units prepare for water. If the fire can be vented early it is safer and better for the inside crews. Why are your hose lines so poorly supplied? I see video after video of 1 guy operating a line. That is impossible in NY with the flows and pressure we use.

    The end is near!!! Are u saved by the blood of Christ? Don’t die in your sins, hell awaits 🔥
    Through God’s mercy for us sinners (we all deserve to be punished for our sins), we see his grace shown towards us through The Word of God (The Bible), God the Son, Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world. Salvation is a gift, rest in his grace. God is a loving and graceful God. Yes he is righteous and just, but remember Jesus Christ came to die for the sins of the whole world. Nothing we do saves us. Jesus did it all. Those in Hell are those who die in their sins without trusting in the finish redemptive work of Christ. Think about it, when false prophets of the devil say, “you gotta repent of sins to be saved, you gotta stop sinning” etc. think about it, if we can save ourselves based on our obedience (or works) then why did Jesus need to die for us then? What was the point? Through his death, burial, and resurrection we are saved and washed from all of our sins. Amen. Jesus did it all, he saved us. Us being obedient after we are saved is encouraged, because of what HE did for US, but that doesn’t save us. What Jesus did saved us , he loved us FIRST. Works based salvation is a deception of the devil and he’s been good with it since the beginning! The word is the only truth. The world will only tell you lies. Let God be the truth and every man a liar.
    “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth on him shall not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16.
