    Just get a freaking divorce from Elvis. And after she left Elvis she went on every talk show bashing Elvis , I am 80 I saw it unfold. And through it all Elvis never spoke bad about her. He held her hand at the divorce court. And this was her second affair, soon after having Lisa she was hitting her married dance instructor Steve Peck. No open heart for these two. I was married 28 years and respected my husband enough to tell him when I wasn't doing well. She met him at 14 and went to Graceland at almost 18 and married at 21. This is so much BS.

    Before this book ever came out, he announced that if there are any negative things people want to know about Priscilla not to read his book. He is still in love with her and has protected her since they met. His wife was pregnant and had another child when he was seeing Priscilla. He let his wife and he and Priscilla were often seen together flaunting their relationship while still married to Elvis. The gossip magazines had their pictures with him often saying "who is Priscilla's new boyfriend ". She humiliated Elvis the whole time, I lived it and hated it. I am 80 and saw the hateful way she carried on this second affair in broad daylight. Her first affair was only 6 weeks after she had Lisa and was having an affair with her dance instructor Steve Peck. She could have just ask for a divorce from Elvis, but no she hung on to the marriage getting the most impact. Lying and continuing to wreck Elvis image even through her movie Priscilla, saying he was a pedo and a rapist. She is not a good honest person, that's why all these "Defending Elvis " channels have popped up. The very fact that there were less people at Elvis week may be contributed to her awful fairytale movie making her a martyr and a victim. she also leaves out how she put 12 year old Lisa Marie in Scientology while controlling her daughters money and life. All one needs to do is read "Child Bride" and learn who she really is.

Remember that Prissy Golddigger told Barbara Walters that her mother had told her that "knowing someone like Elvis Presley was the chance of a lifetime"! Mother Ann called Prissy after a moviestar called Priscilla whom she admired. Ann wanted her daughter Prissy to become a rich moviestar. I don't think Stone is a bad guy but he did treat his wife Fran and his daughter Shelley very badly. Leaving a pregnant wife because someone rich and famous lusts after you is very opportunistic. Exactly. And, after all these years, he's still trying to "save face." Didn't Prissy borrow $50,000 from Elvis to give to Mike S. so he could start his karate studio in Hawaii? I don't think that money was ever repaid. Also, I find it interesting, that he insisted that it was about 5 months before they hooked up. I'm sorry. I just doubt that. Prissy, who waited only weeks after giving birth before she started her first affair and who told Barbara Walter's in 1985 that "I guess I just needed it" waited 5 months. I'm just not buying that. Not to mention, during his first interview with Dave, he said that Prissy just "inserted" herself into the middle of the conversation that he was having with several other people. She tends to be aggressive and goes after what she wants.

  • @alittlelessconversation
    @alittlelessconversation Před 22 dny +22

    Okay, Steve, I gave Mike a chance until 18.22 because he is not truthful. If Priscilla was in a Dungeon (his word) at 18, then why did she marry Elvis? She was never held in bondage; she had freedom to leave, but didn’t by choice even after learning that the MM were just as important as she was to Elvis. Also, I want to finish by saying, yes life has cycles and rhythms, yes we all experience cycles differently within our relationships BUT once our heart changes to no longer love the person we claim, or married to, a mature woman would ask for a divorce AND not cheat (with a married man) because now that woman is disrespectful to the lover’s wife as well. Elvis cheated but not with another man’s wife. Priscilla is phony and Mike is calculating the book sales.

Now this channel all in favor of the Mike Stone book, (so that hopefully we can all see that M.S. did nothing wrong). Other channels make whole videos in defense of Priscilla, and are really hurt by what is said about her, but are not concerned one bit about Elvis now being accused of domestic violence, being a sick abuser, and pedophilia, among other things, as a direct result of the latest movie.

    I see Stone as a double talker. One minute he describes Priscilla as Elvis’ sweet, young victim., who was not permitted to live her own life, and kept in a “dungeon”. The next he is saying that he does not believe there are victims. He also suggests that Priscilla had a plan for herself and that at the end of their relationship he realized (paraphrased) that he was part of her plan but not part of her future. Does he think she became cunning only after she left him but not before leaving Elvis. He speaks of Lisa Marie as though he traded his own daughter for her, that it was Lisa he was able to love and protect. In the same breath, he insists that he would not keep Lisa from Elvis but it’s obvious that he bought Priscilla’s narrative that Elvis is a bad man. Who, other than Elvis was he protecting Lisa from and did he really not know Priscilla’s age when she married Elvis. She was almost 22, not 17-18 as he said. I think that, for Mike Stone, the last straw occurred when Priscilla fought in court to be buried next to Elvis, claiming him as the love of her life. For all these years he had believed the horror stories that she had told him about Elvis and now, she can’t even pronounce or spell Stone’s name. After fifty years, he is ready to talk…I mean double talk. Do you believe in victims now Mike?

She made the decision to move on and get a divorce & I believe Elvis eventually moved on himself and lived his life. We all wonder about Priscilla’s relationship with Lisa Marie and why she did what she did shortly after Lisa’s death.
    He’s right when saying we all do things in life we may regret later but we do need to take responsibility for our actions and move on. I wonder why she never mentioned him again or acted like she didn’t pronounce or spell his name right. She never looks back or takes responsibility for her actions. She was almost 18 when she moved to Memphis, he still seemed to think she had lived with Elvis since she was 14 and she didn't. Of course Elvis knew, Elvis had a PI following her all the time. he is still so naive, he says cilla wanted a divorce, but cilla phoned Elvis asking to come back, and he said NO and cilla was in Hawaii at the time with Mike. Steve Francis, next time you talk to Mike please let him know that Elvis wanted to give him a TCB necklace to show there was no hard feelings and he knew how manipulative cilla was, according to Dr Nicks book, but the guy dissuaded Elvis from doing so, I wish they hadn't, thanks

      Judy Eagle... what an insightful post. I never heard this before, but that would have been soooo Elvis to want to give Mike a TCB chain. I'm bearing my own soul a little here, and can only thus speak personally, but in terms of intimacy, I have always found it practically impossible to get back with a woman, knowing she has been intimate with another man. After the heat, the pain, the confusion has died down.... that thing just simply isn't there anymore. I can't speak for any woman in a similar situation, because I am just a straight guy. But I believe the pain Elvis was in in 72/73 because of the split, when it had receded, left Elvis with no real desire to win Cilla back. This is not mentioned in any of the books, other than a reference from Larry Geller ( If I Can Dream) and which came from Elvis late in the day!!! I hold no claims on this position and bare no animosity whatsoever towards Priscilla Presley. It's just my strong conviction that Elvis would have viewed her with very different eyes ( still lovingly I believe) after knowing what he knew, and when his own ego and inflammatory reactions had calmed down after a couple of years. Who knows, Mike and Elvis could have become firm friends in the 80s, had Elvis lived. They did share an extremely strong passion for the martial arts after all. This interview has been beautifully conducted by Steve ( as always) and Mike's character comes across as very warm, honest and endearing x

Priscilla in the past was always very careful to ensure that her old lovers never talked about her and their relationship with her (especially after Mike Edwards' book). It seems very strange to me that this book is coming out right now, almost 50 years after their break-up , perhaps selling us the story of poor Priscilla who was always left alone, somehow justifying the beginning of their affair or changing something we have known through others with more lies. Am I prevented? Yes, it could be. This book could have two purposes... to make money, after the release of the two movies and the media attention around the Presley family or to help revive Priscilla's image which is currently no longer seen so well by many. Mike, just like, like Steve Peck her married dance instructor who she had a affair with only 6 weeks after having Lisa, were all taken in by her sad and lonely Life. CHILD PLEASE. Elvis cousin Billy and his wife Jo, said there was at least 10 people around all the time at Graceland, lonely? Jo said she and Priscilla and Patsy Lacker went to movies and shopping and even threw toilet paper all over the houses down from Graceland on Halloween. Priscilla moved into Graceland a few weeks before her 18 birthday. In her book she makes people believe she was 14 when she went there. Elvis met her when she was 14, but two months later shipped back to the US. He didn't even contact her for over a year, she wrote everyday begging to go to Graceland. Her parents were her groomers and wanted her to marry rich. I am one year older than her, and it was quit common in the 50's to marry your daughter off to an older man who was established and often wealthy. Keep in mind her mother was a fan and heard Elvis was coming to Germany and planned out a way to marry her daughter to the riches man in the world at that time. Priscilla got around she was the bell of her high school dating every night. In fact her parents started to panic when she was almost 18 that she might not get to marry Elvis. THEY sent her to Graceland at almost 18 and she moved in with Elvis father and bride Dee. She saw Elvis lifestyle. she saw all the bodyguards, she also saw that Elvis would probably not be faithful. So she knew he was seeing other women, but married him when she turned 21. She wanted to be an idol like Elvis, so she crafted stories to become a victim and a martyr. Read "Child Bride"

      She put Lisa in the cult of Scientology when barely 12. Lisa was lonely and sad while being in their camp for months. Her mother controlled her money and life through the cult. Lisa tried to escape and went to London for two years to get it off her back. Priscilla even hired Scientology Nannys to raise Lisa's children in the cult. Lisa never got over it and fought to get out up into 2016. It's like leaving the mob. Her Son Ben who she tragically lost by suicide told his girlfriend that Scientology had wrecked his brain. It is still a dangerous cult, when Lisa died and left Graceland to her daughters, Priscilla got mad and sued her own granddaughter to get Graceland back. She called in Scientologist John Travolta to mediate for her at the settlement. He got her a million upfront to drop the lawsuit, 400 grand paid court hosts and fees, 100 grand a year to advise Riley on Graceland, 1/9 of the Elvis estate for her son by boyfriend Marco, and a plot next to Elvis, "the love of her Life". It's something we've always known...Priscilla was aiming for Mrs Presley status, she waited years to finally enjoy the spotlight that Elvis enjoyed. She waited for her ring (obtained somehow) and when her dreams of having her own career were shattered because Elvis didn't want that in a wife, she began to be worried and complain. The last thing she wanted was to stay at home being a wife and mother. She always wore a mask, even with Elvis, showing herself as someone she wasn't. Elvis, on the other hand, has always been himself from the beginning. I think he soon realized the truth too. Two people who are truly in love do not look for relationships outside of marriage after a few months. When over the years Priscilla realized that she wouldn't get anywhere with her career, she reused the "he was the love of my life" card, to continue being in the spotlight as a disconsolate widow. And how Cilla turned her back on him. I am starting to see why she has so many haters. We can pray for people to get and stay on the right path. Thanks for the interview. My best to Mike.😊❤🎉

      Mike sounds like a decent guy and like he says he had to accept responsibility for what he and Priscilla did. Having an affair when a marriage doesn't go right only complicates the situation. An affair is not a good way to end a bad marriage. Stone's word for Priscilla is appropriate...manipulate. I think she has been from the very first time she met Elvis even at 14. It makes me feel even sadder for Lisa Marie she was the definition of poor little rich girl. I guess Mike is setting the record straight...can't blame him. Great interview, Steve. Thank you.

    Why is it everyone is wrong except Elvis, its because most people loose insight because Elvis is our idol , but we all know Elvis was not perfect , now i must admit in no fan of Pricilla, mike sounds like a nice guy he did no more wrong having an affair with pricilla than Elvis done thousands of time to all his partners , Elvis was never faithful, Elvis is our idol but please he had many faults and was human like us all , in the Elvis world everyone is bad apart from Elvis be it Red or Sunny or dave , be it his father his cousins tom parker all painted badly and Elvis a saint

      Nobody has ever thought that Elvis was a saint. Elvis was full of defects and made a lot of mistakes in his life, as anyone else. This is not the point. But, as an Elvis fan, I could care less about Priscilla and her affair with Mike Stone, especially after 50 years. 😂

      @elvisrevisited, you seem to think you know everything, and yet you do not, even cilla admitted she was the first to cheat on Elvis, not the other way round, Elvis was faithful until after cilla was not, I can't put the magazine cutting here where cilla says it but she does, also Elvis passed a polygraph test to prove he had not cheated. Wow, ''thousands of times'' now there is an overstatement if ever there was, seriously you should do your research. As for Mike Elvis knew it was cilla who manipulated the situation, Elvis actually wanted to give him a TCB necklace to show there were no hard feelings, but the guy, MMs, dissuaded him from doing so, guess you really do not know Elvis as well as you think you do.

  • @alittlelessconversation
    @alittlelessconversation Před 22 dny +3

Elvis cheated but with another man’s wife. Priscilla is phony and Mike is calculating the book sales.
