What gets me is that Priscilla says she left Elvis so she could find herself. She said she had no identity outside of Elvis' gf and wife. Then she leaves, dates Mike, Elvis dies and now she's using the Presley name, hosts events at Graceland during Elvis week, etc. I don't understand. If she wanted to be her own person, why stay so connected? I know at one time she was looking out for Lisa Marie, but it's been nearly 44 years. She should have found herself and her own identity by now.
It wasn't just that I don't think. I've read where she says he wasn't a very good husband. He told her he couldn't make love to a woman that's had a child allegedly and she went and found her own happiness. It's not like Elvis was faithful 🤣 Ann Margaret for one🤷♀️. The past is the past. Priscilla knew what she was getting herself into when she married Elvis. Elvis was busy going on tours and being a mega star. He could not stay home with her all the time. She took Elvis's money and did not stick around through sickness as she'd vowed.

Additionally there were 11 men constantly around her home and they never had a moment to themselves. JD Sumner told Elvis that he gave 99% to the public and was gone from home and 1% to Priscilla and had 11 guys around when he was at home with her when he was home. Priscilla always seems to chase the men and aggressively go after them. My dad and his brothers were very good looking and they hated all the girls that chased them (not hated but could not stand girls chasing them). Daddy said,"Let the boys do the chasing". They ( my dad and his brothers) liked and fell in love with the ones they wanted to go out with. I grew up southern in the mid 60s I dated at 16 and not before 16 either. My dad was strict because he really cared about me. I could understand that too back then.

Gosh, I am so thankful that Elvis met Linda Thompson. She is a beautiful lady and so kind. Elvis and Lisa Marie both needed a person like Linda in thier lives after the divorce. I thought that it was so sweet that Lisa called Linda when she found out about Elvis passing away. Instead of calling her Mom little nine year old Lisa Marie called Linda. She knew that Linda cared about Elvis and her Mom hurt Elvis by divorcing him.

And she was to young for Elvis.. She was just his arm candy . Where was Priscilla, and Lisa when Trump presented him with the congressional Medal of Honor? No show, and we know why right? Elvis Presley should have married Ann-Margret, who really loved him and didn't need his money or his fame. I also think that Priscilla and her parents saw Elvis as a good opportunity to become wealthy by a marriage to Presley. I think Beaulieu forced Elvis into marrying Priscilla, possibly with the help of Parker, without a prenuptial agreement. I believe that Priscilla didn't divorce Elvis to "find herself" but to become rich with Elvis' money. Maybe she also saw that Elvis' career was going down, as was his health, while he was spending too much money. Priscilla got a lot of money after the divorce from which her parents greatly profited because Elvis' money paid for their luxurious new home. It was a smart move of Priscilla to turn Graceland into a museum and sue Parker but she didn't do that solely for Lisa-Marie because she herself got a yearly salary out of the Presley-trustfund without Lisa-Marie's knowledge. The latest payments were about $800,000,-- yearly. I fear Priscilla wants to remain trustee of the Presley-trust to be able to get a yearly income out of it. I do not understand why Priscilla sides with the mean and greedy Michael Lockwood, who sees his daughters as his mealticket and tried to destroy Lisa-Marie psychologically. And why didn't Priscilla send Lisa-Marie to the hospital after the Golden Globe Award Event where everybody could see that Lisa-Marie was in a very bad shape? Since Lisa-Marie's death I have the impression Priscilla is a very calculating person. I am convinced that Ginger would have been Elvis' wife had he lived longer and the mother of his next child(ren). Elvis really loved children. Ginger's mother might have been a moneygrabber but that doesn't mean Ginger also is. That Elvis' freeloading "entourage" didn't like her, doesn't mean Ginger was bad for Elvis but probably for the freeloaders themselves. I’m sure a life with Elvis presented many challenges. He was a very good man who was being used and manipulated by so many, including Parker and Dr. Nick, among others. Many of those same people did nothing to help him with his addictions but instead allowed everything to escalate out of control. Priscilla had an affair and she filed for divorce. I do give her credit for handling the estate for the benefit of Lisa Marie and his fans. However, she also took advantage of Elvis’ celebrity. After Mike Stone she lived with another man for several years and had a son with him. That was her choice. But now with the release of the new Elvis movie, she has re-inserted herself in everything Elvis. She actually recently referred to herself as his widow and stated her “husband” would love the movie. Really? How convenient that thanks to Elvis she is back in the headlines. She is very disingenuous and forgets what she did and the fact that he also loved another woman for 5 years after the divorce. She almost tries to make it sound that they were together until his death, which everyone knows was not the case. But keeping her last name Presley has been very profitable for her.
She is official his widow, that's the law, it would had been different if Elvis was remarried. She changed her name in the beginning though but I believe when she played in Dallas they asked her to use the name Presley cause this would attract more viewers. And after that she kept his name, for publicity reasons.

Woah, hold on though, from the beginning at 14-15 they had to wait for real relationship but once that was in place, he cheated profusely and especially after her delivery. He had a problem with womens bodies sexually, being intimate after child birth. So she went many years without touch. Why if a woman moves on it’s called out but not his? She didn’t continue to feed off her husband for that lifestyle and chose to leave with watching him kill himself slowly had to be tough and feeling response to care for him. I am glad that Mike Stone was given the opportunity to share his side of the story about his relationship with Priscilla Presley. I believe that the time he spent cultivating a relationship with Priscilla, he could have improved his relationship with his ex-wife and children; and spent more time with them. He had time to be seen, and photographed, in public with her, and of course the media and the public would want to know who he was. Priscilla was on the rebound from her divorce from Elvis and she used Mike to make Elvis jealous. Mike should have told Priscilla that although he didn’t know Elvis personally, he didn’t want to become entangled in her life with her and her ex-husband and been her friend not her lover. He said that he didn’t care for Hollywood and phony people, but he was all up in it. PeriodT.

Priscilla seems to have had a lot of anger toward Elvis connected to her time with him, that she went about trying to hurt him with all the relationships she had with other men and then sharing info about Elvis calling her all the time and then sharing his phone calls with other men? Mike Stone has excellent words about wisdom when getting into a relationship….lack of communication, not discussing what each would like from relationship,etc. if this was done in beginning would help decide if this is going to be a relationship to work on or no we want 2 different things and let’s go our separate ways with good wishes for each other.

I really like seeing these documentaries and it's giving us a glimpse into the inner sanctum and a glimpse at who Elvis Aaron Presley really was The Man Behind the king of rock and roll persona. Flaws it all it doesn't change the fact that I will still admire his music. We have to separate artists human underneath the artist and art. We cannot picture him and pin him as this perfect person that never did anything wrong but we can't blame the other people that were in his life for their downfall. Ultimately addiction is a disease and just looking at Elvis from the start start of the drug use extravagance Behavior which after his mother passed away and got worse up until his unfortunate passing. He never had the opportunity to grieve the loss of his mother his mother was his life she was the foundation of who he was is goodness and she was a stabilizing balance that saved the way him giving in to the negative aspects of things she always like popped him in the back of the head and had him remember that he is more than just the money that never forget where it came from to be humble now when it comes to Priscilla I personally do not like how she to this day is still grasping on to his name his timeline his life's work and she not only put a mask of Innocence him but everybody else she fabricated this story line of how he was the one that molded her and groomed her and then all reality where were her parents her stepfather allowed it and her mother encouraged it. I highly doubt that she was the shrewd version that held off from any kind of sexual activities from anybody until they're marriage. And a lot of people that were around her and a lot of the members of the Memphis Mafia had the cooperating testimony proving that her whole story of this perfect Romance love story was a lie and Sham to bring him in the money based off of the LIE. I feel like he ultimately so he married her because he was a man of his word and he promised his father-in-law her stepfather and mother that he was going to follow through and marry her even though he didn't want to Deep down. Just like he didn't want to get her pregnant that quickly with Lisa Marie. She didn't even want to get pregnant with me severe either she was worried about her figure but that's another story. But once he laid eyes on his daughter there's no doubt that he fell head over heels in love with his daughter and being a dad. I feel like that was a little intimidating with Priscilla because she was no longer the apple of his eye and it wasn't able to get rid of the competition because it was their daughter. They had zero things in common they were not compatible in closed doors and so started sleeping with the karate instructor which was the ultimate betrayal to Elvis because he was a very private person and he not only let her into his inner symptoms but he let the karate instructor in and he broke his Trust but she did even more. I don't feel like he intended on divorcing her but after the use of the affair was made public his pride was broke his heart was broke and there was nothing no vow that stopped him. But ultimately began the moment but even with the truth I will still admire and play his music even all these years after his death but I still think Priscilla is a shitty person sorry for my foul language. Nobody else who is contesting her love story her virginity has anything to gain from it. But she has so much to lose

He made comments about Elvis in his first interview. He didn't live with him so he was basing his statements on what she said about their marriage. No one should speak about him and worry about their own life yet he spoke on Elvis life. Can Elvis now give clarification or rebuttal? Her excuse was that Elvis would not have sex with her after the baby was born, a story that she recently went back on, saying that they were having sex all along.
Elvis made and continues to make 100s of millions happy by his music and movies. In addition, he generously gave away $100s of millions to charity. Anyone that caused him pain and unapologetically (possibly) contributed to his early demise shouldn't be praised.

I don't know how anyone in this day & age can accuse anyone of things when they don't know the REAL truth of what happens in each person's 24° 365 relationships. That's for no one else to judge. My professor worked for a magazine right after his college; it was like natl enquirer. He said he left because they would take one tiny small truth and creat their own narrative. Great interview. Thanks for opening up to us Elvis fans. I think any fans of Elvis need to be non-judgmental, understanding and rationalizing people to really appreciate his life, indiscretions, accomplishments and character flaws. All that said, Mike Stone comes off a bit defensive in some of his responses. I suspect it’s due to him reopening this chapter of his life and really needing to process the events and dealing with peoples interest and curiosities which he never could have predicted would follow him for 50 years.

Thanks to Mike Stone for being so honest. He seems like a very genuine person. He is very articulate , smart and balanced. I think people should give him credit for being a gentleman. I've never blamed Mike or Priscilla for their relationship, I don't think Mike is the reason Priscilla left Elvis. I also agree it's not our business what he and Priscilla's relationship was like. I think Mike is an incredible athlete. His book will be about his life and to a large part will be about his martial arts career. As that is what he's known for. I'll buy the book for the displine aspect. I love books on self discipline and what it takes to make positive choices in your life! Elvis Presley separated from and initiated divorce proceedings against P'zilla....not the other way around. He never wanted anything seriousness with her, wouldn't have married her if he hadn't been forced to, and didn't want her back at all afterwards. She was lucky to have been the mother of Lisa Marie....otherwise, the world wouldn't know who plastic P'zilla was.
I believe that, in different circumstances. He and Elvis would have been great and close friends. Elvis liked the kind of low key, no fuss guys. Mike sounds like a truly lovely guy.

I loved Elvis, like millions of other fans did, but I don’t blame Priscilla for leaving Elvis. Elvis was in an impossible situation with women throwing themselves at him daily, and I’m sure he took a lot of them up on it, and Priscilla just couldn’t deal with it any longer. No normal person could!!! It’s too bad that Elvis couldn’t be true, but no one could have been true, in his position. I don’t even consider Mike Stone as a serious companion of Priscilla’s.

Listen, I've loved Elvis Presley since I was a child - I don't even remember a time when I didn't - HOWEVER - Just because you love someone does not mean you can not be honest about them or their behavior. For years all people have done is bash Priscilla, calling her manipulative, cunning, sneaky, and even accusing her of master minding and plotting to get Elvis from the start - which I always find appalling - She was barely FOURTEEN people!! Elvis was already a full grown man and honestly had no business having a "fondness" for her in the first place. It was NO SECRET that Elvis played around and did what he WANTED to do - the woman was lonely, humiliated, and FED UP. I just think it's crappy to excuse HIS behavior and bash her when she was only a naive child when she met him. At the end of the day it's not our place to judge because WE WERE NOT THERE. We now really know what Priscilla was like! She was not the little princess lost, deceived and abandoned by her King (ELVIS). She wasn’t that innocent as a woman. She seduced and ran after Mike Stone. Elvis wasn’t the only one who ruined their marriage. Both cheated.

Absolutely enjoyed this interview; Mike comes across very honest and full of wisdom. Learned a few things I didn't know previously and he is a good friend to Priscilla; nice to hear a man with morals, missing so much today.
What gets me is that Priscilla says she left Elvis so she could find herself. She said she had no identity outside of Elvis' gf and wife. Then she leaves, dates Mike, Elvis dies and now she's using the Presley name, hosts events at Graceland during Elvis week, etc. I don't understand. If she wanted to be her own person, why stay so connected? I know at one time she was looking out for Lisa Marie, but it's been nearly 44 years. She should have found herself and her own identity by now.

Additionally there were 11 men constantly around her home and they never had a moment to themselves. JD Sumner told Elvis that he gave 99% to the public and was gone from home and 1% to Priscilla and had 11 guys around when he was at home with her when he was home. Gosh, I am so thankful that Elvis met Linda Thompson. She is a beautiful lady and so kind. Elvis and Lisa Marie both needed a person like Linda in thier lives after the divorce. I also think that Priscilla and her parents saw Elvis as a good opportunity to become wealthy by a marriage to Presley. I think Beaulieu forced Elvis into marrying Priscilla, possibly with the help of Parker, without a prenuptial agreement. I believe that Priscilla didn't divorce Elvis to "find herself" but to become rich with Elvis' money. Maybe she also saw that Elvis' career was going down, as was his health, while he was spending too much money. Priscilla got a lot of money after the divorce from which her parents greatly profited because Elvis' money paid for their luxurious new home. It was a smart move of Priscilla to turn Graceland into a museum and sue Parker but she didn't do that solely for Lisa-Marie because she herself got a yearly salary out of the Presley-trustfund without Lisa-Marie's knowledge. The latest payments were about $800,000,-- yearly. I fear Priscilla wants to remain trustee of the Presley-trust to be able to get a yearly income out of it. I do not understand why Priscilla sides with the mean and greedy Michael Lockwood, who sees his daughters as his mealticket and tried to destroy Lisa-Marie psychologically. And why didn't Priscilla send Lisa-Marie to the hospital after the Golden Globe Award Event where everybody could see that Lisa-Marie was in a very bad shape? I’m sure a life with Elvis presented many challenges. He was a very good man who was being used and manipulated by so many, including Parker and Dr. Nick, among others. Many of those same people did nothing to help him with his addictions but instead allowed everything to escalate out of control. Priscilla had an affair and she filed for divorce. I do give her credit for handling the estate for the benefit of Lisa Marie and his fans. However, she also took advantage of Elvis’ celebrity. After Mike Stone she lived with another man for several years and had a son with him. That was her choice. But now with the release of the new Elvis movie, she has re-inserted herself in everything Elvis. She actually recently referred to herself as his widow and stated her “husband” would love the movie. Really? How convenient that thanks to Elvis she is back in the headlines. She is very disingenuous and forgets what she did and the fact that he also loved another woman for 5 years after the divorce. She almost tries to make it sound that they were together until his death, which everyone knows was not the case. But keeping her last name Presley has been very profitable for her.

Woah, hold on though, from the beginning at 14-15 they had to wait for real relationship but once that was in place, he cheated profusely and especially after her delivery. He had a problem with womens bodies sexually, being intimate after child birth. So she went many years without touch. Why if a woman moves on it’s called out but not his? I am glad that Mike Stone was given the opportunity to share his side of the story about his relationship with Priscilla Presley. I believe that the time he spent cultivating a relationship with Priscilla, he could have improved his relationship with his ex-wife and children; and spent more time with them. He had time to be seen, and photographed, in public with her, and of course the media and the public would want to know who he was. Priscilla was on the rebound from her divorce from Elvis and she used Mike to make Elvis jealous.

Mike Stone has excellent words about wisdom when getting into a relationship….lack of communication, not discussing what each would like from relationship,etc. if this was done in beginning would help decide if this is going to be a relationship to work on or no we want 2 different things and let’s go our separate ways with good wishes for each other.

I really like seeing these documentaries and it's giving us a glimpse into the inner sanctum and a glimpse at who Elvis Aaron Presley really was The Man Behind the king of rock and roll persona. Flaws it all it doesn't change the fact that I will still admire his music. We have to separate artists human underneath the artist and art. We cannot picture him and pin him as this perfect person that never did anything wrong but we can't blame the other people that were in his life for their downfall. Ultimately addiction is a disease and just looking at Elvis from the start start of the drug use extravagance Behavior which after his mother passed away and got worse up until his unfortunate passing. He never had the opportunity to grieve the loss of his mother his mother was his life she was the foundation of who he was is goodness and she was a stabilizing balance that saved the way him giving in to the negative aspects of things she always like popped him in the back of the head and had him remember that he is more than just the money that never forget where it came from to be humble now when it comes to Priscilla I personally do not like how she to this day is still grasping on to his name his timeline his life's work and she not only put a mask of Innocence him but everybody else she fabricated this story line of how he was the one that molded her and groomed her and then all reality where were her parents her stepfather allowed it and her mother encouraged it. I highly doubt that she was the shrewd version that held off from any kind of sexual activities from anybody until they're marriage. And a lot of people that were around her and a lot of the members of the Memphis Mafia had the cooperating testimony proving that her whole story of this perfect Romance love story was a lie and Sham to bring him in the money based off of the LIE. I feel like he ultimately so he married her because he was a man of his word and he promised his father-in-law her stepfather and mother that he was going to follow through and marry her even though he didn't want to Deep down. Just like he didn't want to get her pregnant that quickly with Lisa Marie. She didn't even want to get pregnant with me severe either she was worried about her figure but that's another story. But once he laid eyes on his daughter there's no doubt that he fell head over heels in love with his daughter and being a dad. I feel like that was a little intimidating with Priscilla because she was no longer the apple of his eye and it wasn't able to get rid of the competition because it was their daughter. They had zero things in common they were not compatible in closed doors and so started sleeping with the karate instructor which was the ultimate betrayal to Elvis because he was a very private person and he not only let her into his inner symptoms but he let the karate instructor in and he broke his Trust but she did even more. I don't feel like he intended on divorcing her but after the use of the affair was made public his pride was broke his heart was broke and there was nothing no vow that stopped him. But ultimately began the moment but even with the truth I will still admire and play his music even all these years after his death but I still think Priscilla is a shitty person sorry for my foul language. Nobody else who is contesting her love story her virginity has anything to gain from it. But she has so much to lose

Huge Elvis fan here, but he was a chronic philanderer. He couldn’t expect his wife to just go on and on without him around and cheating all the time. She was bound to meet and fall in love to one degree or another with someone else who made her feel wanted and was devoted to her exclusively. Great interview. Thanks for opening up to us Elvis fans. I think any fans of Elvis need to be non-judgmental, understanding and rationalizing people to really appreciate his life, indiscretions, accomplishments and character flaws.
All that said, Mike Stone comes off a bit defensive in some of his responses. I suspect it’s due to him reopening this chapter of his life and really needing to process the events and dealing with peoples interest and curiosities which he never could have predicted would follow him for 50 years.

Thanks to Mike Stone for being so honest. He seems like a very genuine person. He is very articulate , smart and balanced. I think people should give him credit for being a gentleman. I've never blamed Mike or Priscilla for their relationship, I don't think Mike is the reason Priscilla left Elvis. I also agree it's not our business what he and Priscilla's relationship was like.
I think Mike is an incredible athlete. His book will be about his life and to a large part will be about his martial arts career. As that is what he's known for. I'll buy the book for the displine aspect. I love books on self discipline and what it takes to make positive choices in your life! At 56, I personally feel this is the most important thing you can do for yourself.

He never wanted anything seriousness with her, wouldn't have married her if he hadn't been forced to, and didn't want her back at all afterwards. She was lucky to have been the mother of Lisa Marie....otherwise, the world wouldn't know who plastic P'zilla was.

I do believe him. It seems Priscilla perused Mike in the first place. She is truly beautiful at this time. Then she started alternating her appearance. I do understand people change as they age. But she does not look good at all now. With no disrespect. Just in my opinion.

Listen, I've loved Elvis Presley since I was a child - I don't even remember a time when I didn't - HOWEVER - Just because you love someone does not mean you can not be honest about them or their behavior. For years all people have done is bash Priscilla, calling her manipulative, cunning, sneaky, and even accusing her of master minding and plotting to get Elvis from the start - which I always find appalling - She was barely FOURTEEN people!! Elvis was already a full grown man and honestly had no business having a "fondness" for her in the first place. It was NO SECRET that Elvis played around and did what he WANTED to do - the woman was lonely, humiliated, and FED UP. I just think it's crappy to excuse HIS behavior and bash her when she was only a naive child when she met him. At the end of the day it's not our place to judge because WE WERE NOT THERE. I will forever love Elvis but he was still just a man with human flaws and even he didn't like being put on a pedestal...

I think he was under pressure to get married, settle down. I can understand from hearing her, Mike speak of her & how she has conducted herself, why he chose her. He saw a class, a grace and desire to be a wife/mother. By their fondness for each other even after divorce, I think they had a reaoect, love for each other....

We now really know what Priscilla was like! She was not the little princess lost, deceived and abandoned by her King (ELVIS). She wasn’t that innocent as a woman. She seduced and ran after Mike Stone. Elvis wasn’t the only one who ruined their marriage. Both cheated.

Absolutely enjoyed this interview; Mike comes across very honest and full of wisdom. Learned a few things I didn't know previously and he is a good friend to Priscilla; nice to hear a man with morals, missing so much today.
