Honestly the dlc was worth it in the end
I know the video is older, but no matter how close range your melee is, it's better than bow most of the time. Luckily this boss has no other protection than the endermites, when standing around, which you can kill of easily WHILE you're hitting the boss.
Imagine if there were different orbs in Minecraft dungeons and the orb of dominance is only one of them

There are 4 orbs the one is dominance the one is from nameless king's staff the one is from necronancer's staff and the one is from drowned necromancer's staff.

This comes from the cycle of the ender dragon and great chaos constantly resetting and evolving the end. Read Minecraft: The End and this will make sense.

well, yes, the reason it happened is due to the shard of ender corrupting the endermen into......what they are, and destroying the dragon within their End, and devouring the oldest hubunit, and using the hubunit to create the 6 Endersent, to begin it's spread to all parts of he overworld. The cycle could not reset from the overpowering sake of the Orbs remaining power, until the 4 heroes came and stopped this, imbued with end specific tools, the shard, and, with that, the orb, had lost its full power, and couldn't hold the energy, allowing the End to....End, and reset, this is what books and enchanted tables alike have shown through history, these 4 heroes, throughout time.

@@redninja_ I dont think he knows it, but yeah, the end book is the only one that isn't Canon of the novels, but I have new perceptions of the end after reading it, but the general Echoing Void, the dragon had been killed( the reason the portal was active to leave) the corrupted....things did so, but bear in mind, there other possible endings to this, I've just been looking àt the most possible outcomes for what the orb of dominance really was

Honestly I had a bit of a sad feeling when it fell apart. The music that plays after that cutscene makes that feeling even worse.
Even if the orb was evil, it kinda hurts to watch it slice itself up like that :/
Nah, that thing should burn in hell, it was a monster without actual emotions and even a piece of kindness, it literally manipulated a small innocent child to do its horrible work and was planning on destroying all the life in the Overworld.

It is actually really evil. It's called orb of dominance cause it actually wants to take over the OverWorld and corrupt it. Nothing in Minecraft Universe comes close to being evil as the Heart of Ender tbh.
This boss is so epic but imagine if it had a second phase like the normal final boss, that would be cool

I recommend going to the gate on the other end of the arena when he does his bullet attack, it's the only place you can stand behind a mirror and be safe from the projectiles, mirror explosions, and void goop.

I got to this fight today and I noticed something: end creatures are immune to Void Strike for obvious reasons, but when I attacked this boss with my melee weapon with that enchantment he took more damage once activated. Wanna do it again just to see if it's just my perception or not.

He ventured off into a dark forest and and got smashed to bits by illagers who did not like his betrayal
I thought this was too easy, it just takes a while, the regular heart of Enders harder

I think its just the arena is bigger for vengeful and smaller for normal

@Void Shadow CZcams I thought when the shard entered the End, it was able to regenerate itself, thus regaining its lost power. (The internal (code) name of the Vengeful Heart of Ender is “PerfectForm”.)
The probably reason is that the vengeful heart of ender is harder because it game overed me 2 times and the heart of ender hard because it game over me 1 times. So the vhof is harder.

I have a theory, you know the hosts? Action has one eye, knowledge has 2, and foresight has 4, but where’s the host with the 3 eyes? It might be the heart of the end, but there’s no further proof until we get a dlc for Minecraft legends or a new Minecraft game, but it might actually be the heart of the end

If you looked at the end cutscene for the heart of ender boss, it says he was accepted by the heroes, which probably means he become a good illager.

I have beaten this boss three times without losing a life. And it felt so satisfying. It's very difficult but I managed to beat it without a death.
