As Kärnan was opened for the "usal" guests, i was there, i have seen coaster freaks from literally ALL over the world.Chinese, Japanese, Americans, Britains, Dutch and more. I waited 2.5h...but it was totally worth it...i will never forget my first ride on Kärnan, such a mindblowing experience...meanwhile i have ridden Kärnan at least 100 times and i still love that coaster.
I can just agree man the theming is just so different than usa rides it gives me chills every ride gives me chills in hansa park theyre just so underrated
the queue and theming of "Fluch(t) von Novgorod" is amazing as well...and what many people dont know, the storylines of both coasters are connected...but its not quite obvious...its just the spell paper of Kärnan was found in Novgorod xD
The transition from the stengel dive (the overbank turn after the heart element) into the next overbank on the left side of train is truly insane. Happy to have this at my homepark just 30 minutes away 🤗
This seems like my kind of ride! I love ride that make me terrified, you have to have at least an 8/10 drop in my opinion and this looks like the best in the world, it has insane pacing, and in my opinion the most underrated parts on rides wippy moments! Oh yeah I forgot… IMAscore went crazy! The soundtrack might be the best in the world and I really noticed it at the end of your video and how amazing it is.
I rode Karnan with 0 info about what was inside the tower, and it was a mindfuck for me as I have never experienced. What a unique coaster. It is a full package, and one of the most underated coasters ever. Really love the coaster, but also, the symphony (Der Sound des KÄRNAN). I listen to it almost everyday while doing my paperjob because yes, it is a great simphony, it has a great melody to hear and not be distracted, but time to time, I just stop, listen to some parts (my favourite is Part 4) and teleports me to the coaster and the amazing the whole experience was. I completly agree. It is a masterpiece, and deserves more love than it recieves.

I still remember my first ride in 2015...i was there on the day this coaster opened its gates for the first time for "usal" guests... i had to wait 2.5h...the queue line was full...more than full...in fact they stood back to the exit ov Novgorod...I have seen so many people from different nations....like Chinese/Japanese, Americans, People from all over Europe...this coaster was pretty much hyped as it was new. And nowadays you still sometimes have to wait for 1h to have a ride on Kärnan, but most times i am there you wait like 30mins...max 45mins.
Hey i know im a bit late, but i wanted to translate what Erik says in the Tower. (im not very good at english so sorry) He Says: See what it did to me. Banned me as a shadow of myself in this Walls, and i cant leave the Kärnan anymore. You shall not be save anymore for the next Thousand Years. I swear that by all Holy man. Agree with your opinion for the most part. I personally prefer the front row left seat. Also the only negative thing i could complain about is the position of the Onride photo
This is the closest theme park to my house and I can almost agree with everything you said. I cant agree with ride experience because I havent been on it yet. I am honestly to scared. It is so fast, tall and just a really intense ride. The theming is truly amazing (from what I have seen and heard about). I think just in general Hansa Park is on another level with their theming.. Like also Fluch von Novgorod. It also has amazing theming. But honestly I think Europe has much better themed coaster than america's parks (excluding disney parks and universal studios because that would be unfair). Oh and btw the goofy element is supposed to be a heart. You do have to look at it from the right angle but it is a Heart shaped element NOT A NIN INVERTING SEA SERPENT ROLL!

I, as a annual card holder of Hansa Park think that Kärnan is a bit Overrated, I understand that it is Amazing for people from the USA! I think its quite rough and uncomfortable! The theming is good but there are German parks with better overall theming, not just the queue and a 75 meter tall tower! I personally would say that Flucht von Novgorod as better! it has got amazing theming, and a comfortable ride experience! The launch is great and the drop is good, for me kärnans only strength is the drop!
@@Coaster_Critic i also disagree to him, and i am visiting Hansa Park each year several times as well, 3rd year in a row i got a season ticket. I have ridden Kärnan at least 100 times. And i rather agree to you, the small rattle is there if you are looking for it, as you said. And also, it does enhance the ride experience. Kärnan is one of the few coasters you could rate as 10 out of 10 in germany.
