Very much like inn South Africa - your volumes are muuuuuuch bigger- for the guys who can afford it of course. Can't remember when last I had meat like this - it has just become to expensive so we live of chicken once or twice a week. My eldest brother is a rib man but quite ill at the moment with cancer. It would be wonderful to have last family gathering with ribs like this for the three of the seven of us who survived sofar. My Boerboel will spent a few days on the rib bones.😊 I will declare under oath the sausages were bought in SA. God bless the chef and also those who are previlaged enough to enjoy. Being from Argentinia, who happens to be my favourite rugby team come win or loose, we might, albeit a very small might, be able to speak a bit of Afrikaans. Some of our people migrated to Argentina as farmers many years ago, remained and can still speak some of the lingo. God bless y' all..
