Hello from Bangalore.
I made this cake last night for my grandsons. Made two versions.
I used jaggery for the first version and date sugar fir second version, keeping all other ingredients ts as per your recipe.
I added chocochips for jaggery version and pecans for date sugar version.
The muffins were so very tasty, soft and moist. Couldn't taste ragi flour at all. They have been very well appreciated by all in the family.
Thank you very much for the recipe and clear instructions. Though I don't speak Tamil, I was able to understand.
I wish the written recioe had been given in the description instead or directing us to your blog. Most people like me hardly have time and also not so tech savvy.

Aarthi, I tried this cake and it came out perfect just like yours. I ate a slice and it was really good. Only downside is this cake starts turning dry if kept too long. Better to consume within 2 hours.

Hi tried it first time it came out well. But 2nd time I blend ragi baking soda baking powder in blender it didn't come .I shouldn't have blend it I think what mistake I made please do tell as next time I won't repeat it.thank you.

Please mention the function mode in agaro OTG, because whenever I try cakes iny agaro OTG I use bottom rod only as function, but always the cake turns wet at the top and the base sounds good. please suggest me the solution.
