It's blatant sex discrimination and women should look to take these places to court for the discrimination. The Uni say's that women shouldn't say anything or complain so as to not hurt or offend trans women, but it's OK to offend women, the double standards and sexism is ridiculous.

My thinking exactly. The state of the toilet's are NOT the bigger issue. Its the safety of women. I read not long ago about women being raped in women's prisons by these biological males passing as women and the report said that in the UK there's a law that a person cannot S. Assault someone of their own sex so that these biological men can't even be tried for their crimes. Think about that in the outside bigger world. The laws need to change drastically because this makes women even easier victims without any recourse or protections under the law.

Labor used to be for the working-class family, but it changed and became for the political left and those who think they know better than ordinary folk because they went to university. I don't expect women or men to come together on this women's space issue. In fact, there are women who think it is okay and men who just want women and certain men to keep in women's spaces and leave them alone. I thought we could just turn the Mayflower around and go home, but the UK is crazy too. We need to find some space - some place we can emigrate to with the manifesto of separate spaces for the two sexes. Dad used to escape to the toilet to get away from us family of women. We need to be able to get away from each other. Some of us want to get away from everyone. We are now spending time running around looking for that one toilet which locks. Some women suggest wearing diapers. But even the baby changing room is full of women with their menfolk. Check that nightmare out. Beam me up, Scotty. The simple answer to his question is actually a question; "why?"
Should we have Uni-Se.... Why? Why should we? It's functioning fine currently.
Oh what's that... you want men to go in the space currently dedicated to women? Is there any other reason you could have?
The current system allows men to go in, because there is a men's room, and it allows women to go in, because there is a women's room.
The only possible reason you would want to change this is to allow men to go in to what is currently the women's room.
So let's phrase your question correctly:
"Should we make changes to allow men in to the women's toilets?"
    Now debate.

That explains. I was somewhere recently, forget where and I needed the loo. I found one side was marked "Men",the other side "Females and non gender" but to be honest I was so desperate to go I rushed in without pondering it,also no one else was there while I was there. Later I did think of it and assumed the non gender meant trans.

Many years ago I went to a rock concert in an old converted supermarket. There were just two bathrooms, one men's and another women's. The line outside the ladies was very long. So, some of the women went into the men's. There were only three stalls, so these were used by the women. The men were using the urinals, sinks and floor drains. It was almost apocalyptic.

Look at most floorplans and the womens has same floor space as the mens. Cubicles are too few, causing queues, and often not wide enough to get the sanitary bin in properly. The sanitary bins are often not serviced frequently enough either and rarely is there anywhere to stand or hang your handbag while you wash your hands. Also...architects, please actually specify an air extractor system with at least twice the capacity you currently do...its never adequate and remember that women and men have different needs, like refreshing makeup. While you are at it, stop using wall taps that arent actually at the back where kids cant get to taps or get their hands under the stream when the faucet is too short and your wet hands drip onto the counter top when you then have to turn the tap off. This makes the counter top collect drips, get wet, drip onto the floor and make your clothes wet across the tummy if you brush the counter when you lean forward. Bad design that is all about looks and ignores practicality and convenience drives me nuts...it should be both!!!!!!

Making all toilets unisex wouldn't benefit men, ever seen a queue for the men's room, never, hell half the urinals aren't even used at the same time as the others so everyone's got a gap between them and there's still no queue.
