Zapt, Fritt, and Bablizz came from World of Final Fantasy. Not the best game I've ever played, it feels more relatable to Pokémon or Dragon Warrior Monsters where you beat up monsters from the FF franchise and catch them. The three mentioned are "starter" types to the Eidolons Ramuh, Iffritt, and Shiva

Can you play opus 1 against like opus 7 or any other opus ?

Absolutely, all cards from any Opus are allowed. When the game grows further, it's possible they may institute formats like MTG but that doesn't currently exist.
