1. Set a simple, meaningful & positive intention (not to control/attached to outcome, no agenda, not result oriented). Focus on me and how do I want to feel positively (not control the person). Be authentic. Not take anything personally. Say only positive, sweet, kind positive things about myself and others. Lean back (not fixing, controlling, coaching the man)
2. Make friends with the unfamiliar & uncomfortable
3. Treat myself to something special, being in feminine energy
4. Make myself totally present. Practice being present before meeting. Really listening. Fully grounded, e.g. cleaning up makeup drawer and be present. Men are very much in the moment. They like if we’re also in the moment. It’s very relaxing for them. Drop down in my body to be in the moment.
5. Instead of want, focus on what can I give and be thankful & grateful.

I watched this before a call with my ex today. Things have been difficult in the past months, but today was just... wow. He was a different person. Two weeks ago he was avoiding me and didn't know what he wanted. Today I simply showed up, I was present, I didn't talk too much, I focused on receiving and the positive. I put my walls down and embraced the nervousness, that I simply don't have control, but that I'm going to enjoy our time together no matter what. Suddenly he shared with me something very personal about the death of his father. I don't remember when it was the last time he was so open and vulnerable with me. As soon as I dropped my walls, he did the same thing and I could feel it. We had a long talk, we laughed a lot and everything went so easy. He even talked about future plans involving me. At the end he told me that he loves me, something I haven't heard from him for a while. Out of nowhere he even talked about us seeing each other the next day. (Previous month he didn't even have time to text "hi" in 3 weeks) What a huge change! Thank you so much!!

@@FM-zg5hz Thank you for asking. We are back together since April 2020. Everything is amazing. Engaged too. He is investing a lot of time in us, listens and supports me and we have a beautiful connection and so much fun together. I am very very happy. A year and a half ago I would deem this impossible. Because he was distant and breadcrumbing me and he was against marriage. Now he is more excited about the wedding than me and does whatever he can to make me happy.
What shifted in me is that I am communicating my boundaries and needs better, I am more vulnerable and I have the power to walk away if boundaries are crossed, knowing that it would be very difficult but I would be ok.

Yesssssss.....I am not going to run from who I am anymore! Adrienne says things that speak to my soul!!! I could not agree more. When I am out in the world just doing me.... men naturally respond well. They become more attentive "southern" gentlemen. Such as...holding doors open, allowing me to check out before them, etc.
You 2 girls have made it possible for me to stop apologizing for who I am!!!! Huge for me!!! I am 3 years divorced after 16 years of conformity to a wonderful man who didnt love himself. I remember a day about 5 years ago when I realized that my ex-husband would never love me better than "this"....because "this" was as much as he loved himself.
I still miss him. But, what do you do when someone refuses to find healing. Well...my beautiful sisters...I abandoned the fear of being alone in the struggle. I am out here changing my life!!! Thank you!! Many, many, blessings for you both!!!

Something I like to do before I see my darling for a date, is spend the day / afternoon maybe getting a pedicure, relaxing in a bubble bath. I like to take my time doing my hair, and makeup. Lighting candles, listening to soothing music. Anything that helps me tap into my full feminine energy. It works every time I'm wanting to create an enjoyable time with my sweetie. We've been together for over a year, so something must be working. ;-)

This sounds really great but if I'm trying to remember all this I won't hear a word he says. It's all just a mess and I've give up on caring for men and don't want girlfriend . I took so much out of this video. There are moments when I get impatient with my partner because I have this vision of where I would like us to be or to get. So I am often comparing his actions with it. And even if I am not verbalising it, he definitly notices the mindset of lacking. I never understood why he thinks that what he does is never enough (because I am not nagging or complaining). But he is sensitive and sensitive to criticism and I just realised that he must have noticed this mindset I seem to have. So of course he can't trust me when I tell him that I am grateful because there is this conflict of being grateful for some specific thing or behavior, but the action itself is just a small element of this big list he needs to tick inside my head. No wonder it diminishes his motivation. I realised it through this video.

I am very clear the kind of connection I am looking to co-create with a man and it will not include lack of self-restraint on any level.
@@BrendaBrewer - excellent! Either his split is too fresh or he is an idiot or both. Women have a 6th sense about these things so always go with your gut. People are people so we all have moments but you have to figure we should be on our best behavior on a date - if we are not, what truly lies beneath the surface could be downright scary. The date was really all about him and not about you or about a potential "us." Dating with a sense of purpose - however you define that is key - it could be for fun, it could be for partnership, it could be for marriage. None of us get any extra "time" and time is truly our currency if you think it through. It has been the same for me.

Hi Helena! I tell you, this information on feminine energy has completely turned the way I approach things around! My interactions with men especially! I practice on all the men in my life and I have seen a very interesting response! It seems like more and more of them are craving my company.
Regarding my love interest, he is an incredibly tough cookie to crack! But with your teachings, I have been able to get very very close to him. He lets me exercise affection, he talks candidly to me, and he lets me express how I feel about him. This is huge! He usually has a giant wall up but I am finding that the wall comes down easier and easier each time we see one another.
I always thought that you couldn’t allow yourself to be vulnerable to a man because it would make him think that you were weak. I also thought that if I told him man that I loved him before I thought we were “there“ that I would scare him away. The opposite has been true so far with this man.
So again, thank you for validating the fact that women have strong emotions and feelings and should be able to express them because that’s what makes a man fall for her. Her vulnerability, her easy nature and her willingness to receive rather than to control the situation. Thank you for everything that you do! I will continue to watch your videos and always learn more!

We´re a bit confused in this day and age, men that I encounter tell me they want and need to get more in touch with their feminine side.... maybe it´s an excuse or something to say, but I don´t like this. I want a masculine man for myself, a friend a lover someone I can trust with my dreams, with projects that come to my mind and for some reason for the moment I´m meeting scatter brains, hopefully after the crazy summer I´ll meet a man with substance with whom I can form a partnership and a beautiful life, it goes by so fast.
That's what we call connecting being fully present in the moment focusing on what you're doing it's what men do when they've got a job to do their very focused in the moment so when you're with him and you need to do that not think about tomorrow cuz tomorrow hasn't come don't think about things that happened yesterday cuz they're past unless the topic comes up where it's necessary but when you're dating someone who doesn't know about your present dreams or your past don't go there focus on the Here and Now that's the only thing important

Use to make him food dishes occasionally because he works hard at his job and bought him gifts at Christmas he did the same but I really went overboard! Hi ladies, I love you both so much 😭😭❤❤ but after watching literally all videos I lost guy Im dating to a woman who pursued him back. I continuously leaned back and even pushed him away due insecurities. Anyways now I'm single and have been dating for many years, and I am so picky. I am not attacted to 90% of the men I meet but I always have fun and am sweet. Most of these men dissapear and I am fine with it but I wonder if I should quit dating and focus on other desires such as acquiring more money and financial security ?
